I called in for warranty issues on my F150.. Service Tech assistant mentioned there were three that were on the recall/ warranty issues. I took it in and when they were finished they charged me for one as they said it wasnt covered.. Charge was for them using the OBD reader to find out about error.. is this not supposed to be covered under warranty .. How was I supposed to know if it was the error covered or not. How am I supposed to know which error it was in first place. SO NOT HAPPY WITH THEM... Warranty checks/ recalls are supposed to be free :( :( :( NEVER GOING TO WESTLOCK FORD AGAIN

I recommend this service department. While on the road from here to there, I had a problem with my Ford vehicle. I was unsure if I should try make it to my regular service people. I stopped in at Westlock Ford. Even though it was almost quitting time, the nicest tech came to look at my vehicle. He set my mind at ease, and sent me on my way. While Westlock is a fair distance from where I live, I know that I can trust them if I do have a problem that does need to be fixed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS FOR INTEGRITY AND JUST PLAIN NICENESS.

I just bought a new vehicle from Westlock Ford and I have to honestly say that I was beyond impressed with the Customer Service that I received. I have never made such a quick deal on a vehicle. The staff are beyond Amazing!!!!! They even took the time to show me all the bells and whistles on my new vehicle, no dealership has ever taken the time to do this and set things up with me. Thank you to Everyone at Westlock Ford!!!! I Will definitely recommend you and your business to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

In February my husband & I purchased our new vehicle here. The staff was willing to listen to what we wanted & needed, not put us in something that wasnt suitable to us. In the 10 years of living in Westlock, we have dealt with the service department more than the sales, and have had a good experience with them too. They continue to try to give good service, and if there is something that you are not satisfied with, give them a chance to rectify the situation!

Finally a dealership that values their customers. Have had two oil changes and have been treated like valued customers, not a number. I was blown away with the excellent and great service I was given when, under short notice I dropped my FORD EDGE off for a full service and also to switch over my winter tires & Rims!! They went over and above to get my car in and out as soon as they could!! Great Job WESTLOCK FORD!!

I also had a bad experience. Took the ranger in to get the tailgate handle replaced, as it was broke. They charged us $75.00 to tell us it would need to be replaced. Will never do any business there. wouldnt give a star if I could post without one. Disgusted

We Purchased our 2015 F150 from Westlock Ford, the sales team was very smart and super helpful thru the buying experience. The Service Dept is awesome and the Service Manager there is very Knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this Dealership.

Probably the worst service Ive ever dealt with. They charged me $850 to change my tie rod and align it. Which is overpriced but I could handle that. But they also decided to take off the exhaust and break it. And then refuse to fix it or pay for it!
