Although I didnt buy a new car from College Park, I use them exclusively for maintaining my 2009 Tahoe. The Service Department has been very very good, but the owner is excellent. Larry Alward has always bent over backwards to ensure that we receive excellent service that will cause us the absolute least amount of inconvenience. As an example, we went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service techs found that the tires were wearing unevenly, and were able to arrange an alignment right away. When the worst tire was going to be rotated with the spare, we found that the spare tire was on a rim that wouldnt fit our vehicle. Rather than leave without a spare, Larry went out and found a spare rim that would work. He is always looking out for his customers!

Throughout our time dealing with college park I have found that they are non the less the most respected people out there in this industry. I would highly recommend anyone to make them there one stop shop for anything automotive. Friendly courteous staff, comfortable environment, no pressure sales staff and the owner of it goes out of his way to please every customer that walks through his doors. Very understanding and always there to accommodate. College park motors is simply an amazing dealership. Your wasting your time shopping around! Make them number one! Not long ago my wife was traveling in the Lloyd area and broke down. As it was after 5pm on a Saturday I had a hard time finding a shop that was open. College Park did not just answer their phone as Larry was working, but they arranged the insurance, rental car from their fleet, tow of my car, repairs, arranged return of my unit to home and picked up the rental. All dealers can sell a car, but is the service there to look after it? I was working out of town and one phone call gives you this kind of peace of mind. Now THAT was service from all involved! This dealership has went out of its way so many times for me. Larry has personally ran across town for me to pick up my truck and bring it to the shop for repairs with no extra charge.They have stayed open late to take care of issues with my truck as well. Larry took the time to watch auctions for me. I was looking for a 2500 suburban, it was harder than normal to find as Chevrolet had discontinued the 3/4 ton suburban. Larry found many options that I could look at then purchased the one that I wanted. He then took the time to go through the vehicle and fix any problems prior to delivering the vehicle to edmonton for me. Great service great people.
