Unfortunately, 0 stars isnt an option. I went to kal-tire with my audi to have my new tires installed and balanced, before id make a ski trip the next morning. service was decent but the work was a night mare. Inquired about waiting time, said it was going to be 2 hours which ended up being 3 hours, which was ok. With the car being done, i paid up and went to drive home, which is maybe a 2km drive, barely made it home. One tire was completely empty, so i try refilling it and noticed it was loosing air just as fast. So i examined the tire and found that they had put on a weight on the edge of the rim which kept the tire from sealing to the rim, so i removed it. Having removed their installed weight on my rim, the tire seals perfectly. While installing the tire i notice that my new tire sidewall had about a 3in long cut in it from installation. Other small things include, 3 of 4 valve caps missing and all 4 tires only had 9 - 12 psi in them which clearly states on my tire to be inflated to 40 psi. So i go back to Kal Tire few days later and inform them of their mistakes and they told me that they were thankful to be informed and i received no money back. In general, i didnt feel comfortable with their work on my audi, and made me uncertain about my tires for my ski trip. Wont go there again!

I phone them this morning to have a tire change services appointment to change my tire and they told me that i am a priceshopper. I told them that i am a new customer not a price shopper and they hanged me up. This guys dont need money and had a bad morning may be.. So i went to integra tire taber.

Excellent service. Had my truck towed in. Place was just closing when I arrived. I mentioned that I had an appointment for 730 the next day and asked how long it would take. He said he would look at it first thing. He ended up fixing it that night and gave me call to come get that night.
