We recently purchased a vehicle here. Tom was the nicest vehicle sales consultant weve ever encountered. Zero pressure - and I mean zero. Theres no bull here, they dont inflate prices to negotiate deals, what you see is what you get. The estimated payment was less than $1.50 from the actual payment - Ive noticed this is very rare from past purchases. My husband has dealt with frustrating people before, hiding balloon payments, changing numbers but not showing us the paperwork until we insist on looking it over, pressuring us to buy something more expensive than what we wanted. None of that happened here. This was the most relaxing vehicle transaction weve ever had. Even if we move away, we would likely return here to buy our next vehicle after this experience. Update: a week after the purchase, we had some messages pop up in the display of features that were not working. After some quick online research to see if it was something we could reset or clear ourselves and discovering it was not, a call was made to the service department. The woman who answered (sorry, I cant recall your name!) was very friendly and helpful, we scheduled the vehicle to be looked at the next day. Fast forward to the following day, and the experience was more of the same. Pleasant people, helpful and honestly caring about the issue and resolving it. They even had someone come to pick us up so we wouldnt have to walk to the dealership in the wind and rain, and he was very friendly and helpful as well. Thank you to everyone at Legal Motors who made the first issue with our new vehicle a non-stressful and pleasant experience. Seriously, the people at this dealership should train all sales and service department personnel everywhere.

I have not purchased a car from Legal, but I take both my Chrysler cars to them for service. They have the vehicles done when they say they will, I never have to go back to re-fix the same problems. I purchase small replacement parts from them as well. Great bunch of people to deal with! The Edmonton dealerships could learn a few things about customer service from Legal Motors.
