I have been using Hacheys Auto Salvage & Repair for a number of years now. I always have received the most personable, honest, professional, reasonable priced and friendly service. Marcel, Sharon and their crew are amazing they make you feel like you matter and always make time for you. Marcel is a very honest hardworking man with a great work ethic. You never need to worry about being taken for a ride. He tells you the truth regardless of the news. ( just was told my transmission was shot ) Marcel took time out of his busy work day to find me the best deal on a rebuilt. Will always be using them. :)

Called looking for parts for a saturn ion, the first lady said "sure, i will go check the yard and call you right back" I waited 4 hrs before calling back, got a gentleman on the phone who had no idea i had called earlier, and again said he would look and call me back. Still have not heard from them. Curious to know if they want to actually sell anything? I do not recomend, unless you enjoy wasting time.

If Im paying for mechanical service I expect the minimum to get looked at too. Our valve was blocked with dirt causing the car to stall and someone put his air filter the wrong way. One of many reasons you will not see any of our cars in your garage again. Thank you for your business.
