have gone here lots and find it a good truck wash. But took my dog there in the pet wash. Usually use tokens and spend about $5. Used my card this time... 5 charges for $45 on my visa. Left 2 messages in the past 2 days with no return call yet. Will be stopping by if I dont hear back today. Be careful when using card. Will let you know what comes of this... Got a call back this morning from the manager and I guess these machines hold back $45 each time you swipe until the transaction goes through. Some times takes a few days on credit cards. So I checked mine statement out again this am and 3 of the 5 $45 charges were dropped to $1-2 which is great and the other 2 are still pending. Im pretty confident not that they will drop down as well. I guess there is signs posted at the car wash about this. Hope this helps.

Not so great, the exit door on the RV wash bay exit was not opened properly by the employees in the morning, as I exited the bay, the door took the vents off the top of my trailer. Although the kid who was working that day was very responsive and considerate, he assured me the manager would contact me to sort everything out. Unfortunately its been 5 days and no one has reached out even after trying to contact them several times. Too bad as Ive been here multiple times in the past but will not return.

Went to the car wash this Friday and spent $8.00 and used my visa to pay. Went today to check my recent transactions and found out I was charged $45.00. Called and left them a voicemail and they did not pick-up. I want to demand a refund. They should be fixing this problem especially since there has been 2 other people including my sister who have been victim to this. I will not be returning to this car wash till they have addressed with the issue.

I spent $2.00 at one bay and had to move to another bay because the hose was leaking. I then spent $15.00 at the second bay. I used my Visa. I ensure that I always turn off the machine before I leave. l Big City Carwash nailed my Visa with two $45.00 charges totaling $90.00. I phoned them and they said that was their system and it would clear up in two business days. I asked for a refund and the owner was not available.

Big bays ..... good pressure..... they have a touchless car wash as well as manual wash ...rv/ truck bay and a dog wash .... If it gets dirty I think you can clean it Here ;^)

No complaints with this carwash. It is now the only one in town. It also has a handwash available as well as the touchless drive -thru Also one section for larger vehicles

Touchless car wash is useless couldnt even get range road dust off my truck and uses next to no soap in the wash. Complete waste of money.

Typically very clean. You get about 80 seconds per $1. The car mat clamps suck badly which is annoying. Decent car wash good hours.
