I thought that I had a problem with my brakes yesterday afternoon. Phoned up this location and they took me in right away. After testing the brakes, turned out that this was not the case, but probably a tire problem. However, paid for my service fee and was on my way. Service was friendly and what made me happy was that they were honest about the problem and did not ( especially since I am female) tried to make a quick buck by "fixing" something that did not need replacement. Now I know that my brakes are working fine, and most of all I know that this Midas Shop can be trusted, something that not to many places can claim these days anymore. Next time I need service, you will get my business! Thank you ED !!!

The worst service ever. I went in for a simple oil change and the guy told me it was going to be 45 mins. I took the kids for lunch and came back an hour later and they hadnt even touched the car. Then they told me another 15 - 20. 2 and a half hours later and five trips up and down the car lift my vehicle was done. The oil wasnt registering on my brand new pathfinder but the guy told me sometimes the oil needs to settle. Hopefully there is enough in there. I will never visit a Midas again.

They told me they couldnt repair my one tire....so I was gonna order 2 new ones! Ended up finding cheaper ones and called to cancel...not only were they very understanding they wouldnt let me pay for anything! They took my car in on short notice and looked it over for me and wouldnt let me pay!!!! Huge shout out to Midas Sherwood Park! You guys are amazing! Much appreciated!!!! Xoxo
