My advise is to go to the Broadmoor Kal Tire and stay away from Chippewa Road unless youre already having a bad day :) I went to buy some tires for my Dodge Challenger yesterday. As I was talking to one of the reps behind the desk and showing him my quote that I got online for Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+tires from a competitor (Kal Tire will beat competitors quotes by 5 %), one of the other workers (Will) slides his chair over and looks over this guys shoulder as hes looking at his computer to do the quote. Ive been around enough to know that nothing positive ever happens when somebody comes over like that, especially when the guy giving me the quote wasnt having problems. Sure enough next thing I hear from "Will" is that they may not carry those tires and when I said that I know for a fact that they do because I had already checked, he just kept yapping and said that "of course you want the discount" and on and on. Im not sure what brought this all on, he wasnt even the one giving me the quote? He wouldnt stop and kept on and on, and Im not even sure what he was ranting about after because I had him tuned out by then. Fair enough, of course you wont price match if you dont carry the same tires. I get that but enough of the male testosterone already. I decided right there that I didnt need his crap and went down the road to the Kal Tire on Broadmoor. I was met there by Vick and had a totally different experience. Vick quickly verified that they were indeed the identical tire and I purchased the tires from him in 15 minutes.

These guys are so awesome. They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service! I was in a serious hurry because I went to take my road test and my brake light was out. The instructor gave me five minutes to go and get a new brake light. I went to these guys and they immediately took me in and helped me out, they were so friendly and light hearted, and genuinely rushed to help me with my brake light situation! And I even made it back to the registry to take my test just in time! If I hadnt made it back in time I would have had to pay another $120 to re-book my test. I am so impressed and grateful for their help, talk about amazing customer service!! I will be bringing my vehicle there and recommend them for sure. Thanks guys!

Amazing Service! As a 19 year old young driver I will be going to Kal Tire for the rest of my life. They have 100% earned by business with the amazing staff and customer service. I went for services a few years ago on my first car to Speedy and they were terrible. I requested a wheel alignment for my first car when I was 16 from Speedy and they were unable to perform the request because of another issue I needed to resolve first (cant remember what it was now). They charged me $20 for cleaning my tie-rods and $100 for an "inspection", Kal tire would not have charged a dime because they didnt perform any legitimate service! DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO ANYONE ELSE!

Amazing service! Great staff! They went more than above and beyond to help me out with an unbeatable price after another tire ship burned me on a new set of tires. My problem is that kid they had working on my tires. When the balancing beads didnt work properly because they put way too many in, the manager told the kid to take them out and hard balance my tires. When I still had a wobble I brought it to the Leduc kal-tire where they informed me that the whole bag of beads were still in each tire and hard balanced.... Probly should fire that jack ass.

Do not take your vehicle here. Took my truck here to have new rims put on my tires. The workers in the back decided to rev my truck multiple times while in the back for no reason. They even did it after I complained to the people up front. They also played around with my radio and all the switches I have in my cab, no reason to do so. Told the guy up front that I would not be returning due to this and all he said was "thats fine." Poor customer service and I wouldnt trust them to touch a beater vehicle.

I depend on my truck for work so when promised to have the new tires on by 11am I made alternate arrangements so I could get back and pick up my truck and carry on my day. 12 noon no truck. Called I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. Arrive at 12:30 to pick up truck. Finally ready at 2pm. Not impressed. Messed up the remainder of my work day thus putting the balance of my week schedule behind. Point Im making is dont promise something you cant deliver on

The customer service at this particular location was amazing. Within the last month I had to unexpectedly visit twice (nails is two different tires). The first time I dropped in and they repaired my tire within hours. The second time the nail was in the side wall, no repairing it. After discussing we decided to put 4 new tires and it was again done the same day. Great service. I will be definitely be going back to this location for any future services.

Great team. We were in a dire situation with a very flat tire at 4:55 pm on Saturday leaving to go out of town for a week. When I called and explained the situation, they agreed to stay open late for us to fix the repair. We were very happy and relieved as I called other places scrambling frantically. These guys stepped up and deserve a big Thank You.

My wife and I (and other family members for that matter) always get the seasonal rotation done here. We also buy tires and get repairs completed at this Kal Tire. What keeps us going back is the great service and professional staff. If they cant do the work for whatever reason, they explain that up front. Its greatly appreciated.

A mistake was made with scheduling my appointment. I apparently wasnt in the system. Luckily everyone there was wonderful ( especially the man who helped me directly , forgot to grab his name) and accommodating and gave me a higher priced tire at the price that was given initially. Wonderful service, will be a repeat customer.

This was one of the first places I bought tires and received service. I used to live in Sherwood Park and couldnt have been happier. They even sent a tow truck one day no charge to help with a nail that lodged in the tire on Baseline. Theyve always taken the extra time, even explaining the difference in tires to me.

I live in Edmonton but Ill go out of my way to visit this particular Kal Tire. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and they are fast and efficient. Just make sure you book ahead because on certain times of the year they are too popular!
