Its been a few months since I received my car back from broadmoor. When I got my car and went to return the items I took out of my middle console I noticed a light covering that wasnt there before. I didnt pay to much attention to it and just put my belongings back and carried on. Well, today I finally noticed where the mysterious light covering is from, the bottom of my drivers side door. So I dug it back out from my middle console prepared to put it back in its place only to realize that its actually been broken. Which is why its in my middle console and not where it is supposed to be. Broadmoor broke a light covering on the underside of my drivers side door and then neglected to inform me of it and just threw the casing in the middle console. Im writing this now as thats pretty unprofessional and it wouldnt have been a big deal if they had informed me of what happened. Im sure its not expensive to replace a little light covering.

I was quoted three days for a small job on my two front fenders and they took 4 days gave my car back with paint over spray all over the hood, mirrors and windshield, my front bumper not aligned properly and a headlight defect code. I had to take it back two more times and get my 3M replaced on my hood and my headlights reprogrammed. They still charged me full price for my 3M on my fenders. Thanks for taking 6 days to do a max three day job!!!!!!!!! Too bad you cant give half stars!

This a great locally owned, family run business. Ive had my car fixed here twice. Once was through insurance where the handled everything from dealing with my insurance company to booking the rental. The next time I paid privately and they saved me over $300 by polishing the scratches on the headlight rather than replacing it. Both times they did an exceptional job. I would recommend this shop to anyone that needs car repairs.

My girlfriends insurance company wanted to write off her car due to a fender bender after they got it assessed by their body shop. We took it to broadmoor and not only did they fix it in a timely fashion but they did it for a fraction of the cost Herbers estimated. This has to be one of the cheapest repairs I have ever had in auto body after a paint job and and a few autopanel repairs rust showed up in the area of repair just a few months later.Merv the owner is not trustworthy business man and i would not recommend this shop.
