Good Morning To start off Ill explain that I had totaled off my car in an accident and knew I was going to need a car for 3-4 weeks. When I picked up my car in Sherwood Park the staff was very friendly and efficient. I was given a Kia Forte which I really didnt want and asked for a SUV. They didnt have one but said they would put me on the list to call when one came in. A week later I hadnt heard anything so I went to Fort Sask rental agency. They didnt have anything to replace the Forte so I continued to use the Forte. 5 days later it was a windy snowy day and I was all over the highway and struggled to keep the car on the road. I almost hit a semi trailer on my way to St Albert. So I was frustrated and aggravated to have to still drive the Kia that I immediately went to the St Albert agency to change out vehicle as the Forte is a piece of crap. (ill never own one or rent one again). At first I was told I couldnt get another vehicle as I only had one set of keys with me. The other set was in Fort Sask. as i didnt anticipate changing vehicles. There was no way I was driving anywhere in the Forte, so after much discussion the staff came up with a resolution. I was able to rent a mini van, go back to the Fort and return the extra set of keys as soon as it was safe to drive back to St Albert. The guys in St Albert were amazing to deal with and helped me out in a very stressful day. I cant thank them enough for listening to me and helping me out. I work for Shell Canada and we rent through Enterprise all the time and I will continue to rent went with Enterprise when I retire this year. Over all a good experience with Enterprise but was disappointed that the Sherwood Park people didnt get back to me with my request for an SUV. The manager of Sherwood park did follow up a couple times to make sure everything was OK so he did a good job. Thanks Enterprise, Mike Ferris

It is unfortunate that any stars at all have to be given for this review.I took my vehicle into an autobody shop for repair. I picked up a rental car from this company.When I picked it up, they told me they would email me a copy of the contract, Iam still waiting for that. When I went to return the vehicle, I had to wait for an extended period of time for service. Once someone did get around to assisting me they noticed a crack in the windsheld on the passengers side;along the seam. Upon closer examination, it did not appear that this was caused by anything striking the windsheild,.but rather a stress fracture. Either caused by poor installation or as the Enterprise attendent suggested; "a fluctuation in air temperature". Even after this examination and conversation, they proceeded to charge me for the windsheild. Having tried to reason with them to no avail.,I will NEVER rent from them again. I have rented from many car companies in the past,including this one. In fact, I have a reservation in another Canadian city with Enterprise for next week, which I will promptly be cancelling!

I called to book a vehicle for a business trip. While I did request slightly last minute (24 hours), the first question they asked was whether it was for an insurance claim or not. The customer service agent proceeded to tell me that they didnt have a vehicle for me. I asked if they would have one if it was because of an insurance claim. She said yes because they prioritize the insurance claim clients. I understand that a business would follow the money, but each insurance client would be a one off. I have been a long term customer (I have exclusively used their services for 6 years) that would now not ever recommend this branch, and therefore this costs them in the long run. Why would they make that decision?

I never have had an issue until today. I dropped my rental off at Carstar and then got a call about an hour later. I was told there was a rock chip on the windshield and am now responsible for the replacement of the windshield. I dont recall there being a rock chip and if there was I have no problem in paying the cost for chip repair, but I think it is completely ridiculous that the windshield had to be replaced. I was told there is nothing else that can be done and I have to pay for the windshield. I have never felt so abused by a company. I will never use enterprise again, and I will never leave a vehicle at a drop off without a walk-through.

I recently rented a vehicle from Enterprise on Seneca Road in Sherwood Park and am exceptionally pleased!! Every staff member I spoke with were the most caring, considerate and professional people I have ever encountered. Any of my questions or concerns were expertly addressed and ammended beyond my satisfaction or expectations. My extreme satisfaction with the vehicle was their utmost concern at all times. I highly recommend Enterprise as a choice for renting a vehicle and I will personally never go any where else.

I had chance to deal with this Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Sherwood park and I had great experience. They offered me to choose Jeep or Dodge Journey. I choose Journey and it was good. They give me nice clean vehicle with full tank, they pick me up and dropped me off very quickly. The best of all was people who work there. They are nice polite and friendly and they made sure everything was right and on time. Next time I need rental vehicle I will go to Enterprise Sherwood Park. Thank you guys so much

Ive had excellent experiences renting from Enterprise. We had corporate accounts with Budget and I was hesitant to change but Ive been more then happy. Staff have been over the top helpful and willing to make whatever accommodations necessary to make the rental experience a smooth one. If I could change one thing, it would be that they have a short window of hours on Sunday. Renting for work and often needing to travel on the Monday, this would make my life a whole lot easier.

We reserved a car for Christmas and called in to confirm the day of pick up. Upon calling, we were notified that our reservation would not be upheld and their were apparently no available cars in the whole city. There was nothing they could do. We called another Enterprise and they gladly found us a car and honoured the reserved pricing. We were disappointed by the way this Enterprise handled the situation, especially how we were given the wrong information and brushed off.

I booked a car for just two days and they came to pick me up and took me back to my workplace with no additional costs. Fuel was something less than full and the lady put on the contact 3/4, so kind. The car was brand new and very clean. I dont know if there are car rentals with cheaper rates, but the service was simply perfect and this is the most important for me. All the staff was very kind and polite. Thanks you all.

Ive used this location a few times in the past number of months and I have to say, theyve never let me down. Quite the opposite! Theyve gone over and above to make sure I am not only satisfied with my rental but comfortable and happy with my rental.
