Horrible! Had the pleasure of dealing with an estimator that couldnt answer questions in a polite fashion and was very condescending and rude. I later find out that hes actually the owner. Brought my vehicle in to get an estimate on an out of pocket expense and felt as though I was in the wrong for asking any simple due diligence questions. He couldnt answer anything without being difficult and snarky. This place clearly has internal issues and fear how much of a headache it would have been had I completed work here and had problems. After being fed up and saying that I would be going elsewhere, the response while walking out was "good, we dont want your business anyway." This coming from the owner...Unbelievable. Extremely unprofessional and his statement was very evident in my interaction with him. In reading reviews after my experience, I can see that Im not the only one. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere. This place doesnt deserve your business.

I had my 2013 Honda Odyssey re-painted on front and rear bumpers. The paint started to de-laminate between clear-coat and paint. I was informed that this is normal, and it must have started with a rock chip, and spread with a pressure washer. It is my problem. It is not covered by the warranty. My vehicle care situation has not changed. I have cared for my last car for 380,000 kms, and never had any peeling. The last car was in an accident requireing a re-paint sometime in the middle of those 380,000 kms, and guess what. No paint peeling happened. Sure, lots of rock chips, but no peeling of paint. The first time they re-painted the bumper, it had such bad orange peel effect, it looked like a golf ball. I asked for Honda to send my vehicle else-ware for the second attempt at the repair because if this is the quality of work they provide, I do not trust them to do the work properly the next time. I suppose my concerns were well founded.

Great Service! Excellent work! I had a small mishap to my rear fender and used Baseline Collision Repairs for my insurance claim. When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly young lady who was very efficient. Within seconds a friendly young man arrived to return me to my home. He was delightful! Two short days later another pleasant lady called to give me full details of the work done and advise my car was ready! Quick and efficient! I arrived and found my car had been repaired beautifully! All detailed inside and out, wow, I was impressed, my car came in looking tired and was returned to me gleaming. Even my floor mats were done. This is a top shelf, clean, reliable service. I will be sure to recommend their service to everyone I know. Thanks so much!

I had my vehicle fixed here. My front side door was hit. About a week or 2 later the same side door looked like the metal was caving in. I took it into the shop to see if it could be the repair. The owner came out and looked at my car and gave all kinds of reasons why it might be caving in. My favorite was that I couldve had a person crash into it at a bar. I dont frequent bars. I said it is very odd that where the repair just happened is exactly where the caving in is occurring. He then told me I was just coming here to get something for nothing. Totally uncalled for and rude and this is the owner of the business. I would avoid using this business based on how they treat their paying customers.

They overcharge you if youre paying for the repair out of pocket and under-quote the insurance company to get the business in the door. Very poor business practices. Take your business elsewhere instead of chancing it with these guys. Its only a matter of time before the insurance companies take them off their list of preferred shops.
