I will no longer buy another radar detector from Visions. Every year I buy the top of line detector along with their in-store warranty at a cost from the same location. This year with my new Escort 360 max the paint starting coming off the grey side. I do not leave the detector in my car I use it when driving only. Visions basically told me to call Escort and "give them hell". I was offered little help on an 1100.00 detector. Manager more concerned with his smoke break then offering me some solutions. They have lost a customer.

Last Christmas my boyfriend and I needed to refurnish our house in Edmonton. We went to see Ben Vegso because he came highly recommended from a good friend of mine. Im not the techie in the family, so Ben humoured me and told me to sit in the lovely massage chair (to which we almost bought because its amazing), and then he showed my boyfriend all the goodies for our entertainment room. He gave us great deals on top of the Boxing Week sales, and has created forever customers in us!

Im so glad I went to this location for my (long overdue) cell purchase! The Manager,Tanner, honestly went above and beyond to get me all set up. He was friendly, knowledgable, honest and got me a great deal!! The rest off the staff was all friendly and eager to help. The store was neat, organized and well stocked. I would definitely recommend this store and will be sure to do all my electronics shopping here in the future Keep up the excellent work!

I have been purchasing all of my electronics from Visions since I moved to Albert 8 years ago, Ben Vegso was the first sales rep I dealt with and still continue to deal with to date. I have been referring people for years and we all agree he is the most educated, honest and consistent person we have dealt with. He offers the best prices ! Ive been buying from here for a couple years and let me say Ive never been disappointed. They have the best service, with great staff. They know their stuff and they are all well spoken. The prices are amazing. My friends have been impressed by the products Ive bought for the price I got, and BOTH times the sales person gave them MY price after the sale was over. 11/10

Few months ago, I got an amazing experience with Koty and Daniel from the Cellphone department. They were exceptional and definitely know what they are doing or talking about. I have bought phones from different retailers and so far this was the best. Thank you Visions St. Albert and most importantly Koty for the great experience. Its definitely worth my 35 mins drive!

Dealt with Shaun Guthrie a few times for my home theatre, VERY friendly and knowledgable. Returned with an issue regarding my projector screen, and within minutes had it all sorted out. I really enjoyed my experience with him and the store in general. Will be doing future business with them for all my electronic needs. A++

I went to visions to buy a new TV. The salesman that helped me was Ben Vegso. He was very knowledgeable and helped me find an awesome TV and gave me an awesome deal on it as well. I also bought the warranty because if I dont use it I get it back as a store credit. You really cant go wrong.

Visited for a radar detector. Store only carried one outdated model which he spent nearly 10 minutes looking for, and employee wasnt knowledgeable about the model I was asking for, and wasnt able to offer any comprable models in other brands. Wont be returning.

Went to buy a car stereo and guy sold me one and said it was the same as the model I wanted since sold out. I bought and brought to my truck in parking lot a discovered had no cd drive and other one did. So return it. Watch out for these salesman.

Buyers beware! If u pay cash and need to return something, they wont give cash back. It has to be returned to a credit or debit card even though u paid using cash! If you cant give cash back u shouldnt accept cash.

Visions give you pretty good pricing however its not worth dealing with the car sales men that work there. Commission driven employees pushes me away from walking in these stores.
