Ohhh where do I begin? I brought my car in to the shop on a Friday and was promised it would be looked at on Monday morning because they were extremely busy. Ok thats fine, I can understand that. I got no calls on Monday, then when I call them that day after it still hasnt been done! So finally on Wednesday my car is appraised and work is supposed to start the following day. I was promised I would have my car back the following Friday. Week goes by and I get zero calls, zero updates, nothing. So I assume everything is going well as I was assured these parts were easy to bring in. Call the shop on Thursday morning, one day before Im supposed to pick up my car. A part is apparently on back order! Car wont be ready until Monday! Brutal! I drive down to the shop on Monday morning and apparently they missed a dent, so that has to be repaired as well. Wont be ready until Friday. So its going to take double the amount of time promised to get my car back. Im writing this review on the Friday because I should have my car back. BUT NO the paint wont be dry until Monday. What. A. Joke. I havent received any calls from this company since they have had my car and zero follow up for the poor service. I cant comment on the actual body work done to my car because Im apparently never getting it back at this rate... Do. Not. Recommend.

As crooked and dishonest as they come. Improperly sprayed several thousand dollars worth of paint, and are trying to charge me for the misused product. Intially said the work would take 6 weeks. The vehicle has been there over a year and a half. Left the vehicles cab, interior and engine compartment exposed to the weather the entire time. Despite the passing of a ridiculous amount of time, and still failing to complete the work; they are trying to charge approximately 3 times what they quoted for the job. When I pointed out the fact that that the stripes they painted are noticably crooked, the owner responded with "Its good enough". The vehicle is also a revenue generating piece of equipment for my own business, which I havent been able to utilize. An absolute nightmare of a shop to deal with. The incompetence and complete disregard for the customer is off the charts. In over 20 years of dealing with commercial shops, Ive never experienced anything as bad as this. Stay away. Check other recent reviews, plenty of people with similar complaints.

I went to Sturgeon autobody only after a franchise autobody store in St. Albert which had done some work for me previously refused to even look at my car for a week. I was totally impressed with the staff and Lore who took the time to do an estimate the same day. These folks did a terrific job on my car and went above and beyond in their service. They picked my car up and took it to do the work and they came and picked me up when it was done. These people really know the meaning of service and it is much appreciated. Also the work was done on time and my car looks terrific...I will be recommending Sturgeon autobody highly to anyone who needs a quality caring autobody repair shop ...again thanks to Lore and all the staff for your great work

god awful experience We have a passenger seat covered in oil as one of their mechanics left an OPEN bottle of oil upside down on our seat and realized this when we picked the vehicle up. We have been getting the run around for over a month now and they say WE have to pay for a seat cover.... We have been patient and tried to work with them and now they dont want to make things right. Not only that, they did not put the bumper on correctly and that is also another issue we have to fight about. These guys are liars and will tell you what you want to hear to your face. GO TO BOYD instead.

I had my 2010 Ford F150 recently at Sturgeon Auto Body for some insurance work on a drivers side door ding. In addition, I also had the rocker panels and front bumper refinished. They did an awesome job with the final product and I am super happy with their professional service. Larry was great to deal with and working in the car business I would not hesitate to refer anyone over to this shop. I picked up the truck as clean as can be inside and out. Thank you for the great service!

Dropped my car off to get some rear quarter panel work. Was told it would take one to two weeks to get done. I supplied the parts. Called three times to check on my car and was told it was being worked on. Dropped in last week and was told it would be done this week. Picked my car up today. They had it a month. They did not even touch my car. Zero work done. Lied to me for the last month. Asked for my keys and took my car. Very disappointing service.

I have taken numerous vehicles here and the work quality was great and they even detailed my vechicle after fixing it which was an unexpected surprise. The staff was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. Hopefully I dont mess up anymore vehicles but if I do I will definitely be back Brad

Outstanding service and a perfect color match. Im not sure how many times Ive dealt with these guys but there are several reasons why I keep coming back. The job is done on time and it always looks good, thats all I worry about. They are very accommodating. Ill be back!!!

The extremely thin POS windshield they used cracked almost immediately. They claimed it was rock chips, but they are only the smallest of pits that caused cracking across the entire windshield. Owner was rude when I brought this up, no restitution. Stay away!

The owner, Lore, is a really good guy. His mother, the receptionist, is incredibly nice too. Not only are they just friendly and helpful but their prices and service are some of the best you could ever hope to find.
