Worst rental car company ever. Phoned Enterprise and they assured me that a Chevrolet Tahoe, which I requested, would be at the St. Albert location when I arrived. After a 40KM drive from north of the city I arrived there and after a wait a sales representative came out from the back offices texting on her cellphone. I mentioned the wait and she said, "Sorry. I was talking to a customer." Yeah right! You dont text customers. Whatever ... After giving her my confirmation number she informed me that the Tahoe which I requested and reserved was not available. They didnt have one. I requested this vehicle because of my in-laws getting into a car accident and being in the hospital in Cranbrook, BC. I wanted a fullsize comfy vehicle to get them and their belongings to bring them back home to Edmonton. Even after getting in touch with Enterprise on the south side of Edmonton they refused to shuttle a Tahoe from the southside of Edmonton to their St. Albert location. Guess Enterprise DOESNT pick you up because they wont even bring your preferred vehicle to the location where it was originally intended to be picked up. I will never give Enterprise Rent-a-Car another chance. They have lost this customer for good!

I just finished dealing with these kind people. Even though my insurance was dealing with the cost of the car I still got outstanding service! Kurtis Watts was so much help, I was having issues with my insurance company and he informed my of some information that helped so much getting stuff done with my Insurance! I applaud the effort they put into making customers happy! I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a rental!

Never thought Id have such great, personalised service Renting a car. They picked me up from the Auto body Shop. Kurt Watts hooked me up and sent me smooth sailing for a few weeks in a car that was perfect for my family. The guys legit. I wouldnt go anywhere else, highly recommend it

Efficient friendly service. They picked me up at Carstar. I rented a Nissan with only 3k kilometres on it. They drove me back to Carstar when my car was ready. Super fast, super friendly, super efficient. Rent here!

Great, although clients should be informed that there is a hold placed on their credit card until car is returned - even if you purchase the full insurance through Enterprise...
