Ive rented from this location several times. Most of the time everything has gone well, but they have been out of the car type I reserved. I always make reservations days in advance, so it shouldnt be an issue to have the car type I need. I rent cars for road trips to keep the mileage off my own vehicle and always rent cars with good fuel economy so I do not want an upgrade to a gas guzzler.

We were forced to evacuate our home in Fort McMurray and had no vehicle. The gentleman working at this Budget stayed open for an extra 1.5 hours so that I could receive a minivan we requested that had to be brought over from a different location.
