Horrible experience. Dropped truck off at noon. Had a phone call at 215 saying the truck was ready. Went back to pick up and pay $335.90. My running boards hadnt been touched they were still brown on top. Keep in mind the truck wasnt even that dirty going in so I know the running boards had not been touched. Looked thru the window and a bag of garbage with napkins and plastic cups was left on the seat. I say it was a $20 job done not a $335 job. If you can believe it that did not include shampooing of seats. We then had to wait another hour for them to clean the truck. 4.5 hrs is unacceptable for a half done job. I Spoke with the assistant manager who offered me a small discount for the next time I come in. I do not think that was a fair trade for $335 the truck should have been spotless and we shouldnt have had to wait 4.5 hours. On top of it out floor mats are so slippery it feels like they dumped a bottle of oil on them and we are still wiping dust off the bumper and dashboards. We will not be returning.

I am very disappointed in the service from this location. For $160 they gave back my vehicle with dust still coming out of the carpets. We asked politely if they could vacuum them again and they said no.. unless we gave them more money (this came from the manager) HORRIBLE customer service and completely unacceptable!! Attached is a picture AFTER the detail.. what a waste of money. We sell 10 vehicles a week and its safe to say that bubbles will NEVER be getting our business again.

What a great place to come freshen your vehicle. Kayla and Dereck at the front treated me and my pup fabulously while we waited. Dereck suggested the perfect package for me and described them thoroughly before I made a choice. I never once felt like he was pushing on me the highest priced item. They were done with my vehicle ahead of schedule and left it looking like a brand new set of wheels. Thanks guys I will see you soon!

I went in with my car after it was basically destroyed with food and what not by my 3 toddlers....didnt expect that much could be done to save it but oh my goodness after Terrianne and her crew were finished it looked like it just came off the lot brand new!!! It was such a friendly atmosphere and so quick too. I will definitely be going back again for more service like that. So inexpensive also!!

I had to borrow a rag from the guy to wipe the extra mud off the wheel wells. Streak marks all over the dash and carpet shampoo was poorly done. Too expensive for the services provided, especially when you take it home to clean the spots they missed. Sorry Dissapointed.
