DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PLACE!!!!! DISHONEST,DISHONEST,DISHONEST THEY LIKE TO SELL UNSAFE VEHICLES!!! purchased a vehicle from them, which they totally misrepresented.They give you a pretty safety that is to convince the public the vehicle is safe when in reality it is not SAFE!! ours had no rear brakes,all four rotors were rusted to the point they had to be replaced.The rear pads had 1mm left on them ( basically worn down to the rivets )WE DID NOT KNOW THIS UNTIL WE HAD A PROPER INSPECTION DONE.They also did not live to the price quoted for the vehicle to begin with.And they new it needed a brake job, as they commented about sending it to auction- that way they would not have to repair anything would they?? I am surpised that AMIC has not removed their license and the mechanics license for doing safetys taken away from him.Submiited a case to AMVIC, BUT TO NO AVAIL THEY WONT DO ANYTHING. THEY ARE AS USELESS AS XTREME AUTO. TELL ALL YOUR FREINDS NOT TO SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!! THEY HAVE NO CONCSCIENCE WHAT SO EVER.. RESPONSE TO YOUR BULLSHIT RESPONSE!!!!! DISHONEST,DISHONEST,DISHONEST!!! YOU ARE SUCH A LIAR. AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE NO ONE AGREED IT WAS AS IS!!!! THE AMVIC FITNESS REPORT THAT DOES NOT PROVIDE MEASURMENTS OF BRAKE PADS/ROTORS/TIRES ETC IS MICKEY MOUSE. NOR DID IT SAY THE BRAKES HAD FAILED OR WE WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED NOW WOULD WE HAVE. IT SAID THE BRAKES PULSATE ( WHICH THEY DID NOT WHEN WE TOOK IT FOR A TEST DRIVE, I HAVE PURCHASED AND OWNED ENOUGH VEHICLES TO KNOW A PULSATION. ( REAR PADS ARE LOW) IS ALSO WHAT IT SAID. WE DID NOT EXPECT THE PADS TO BE AT 1% WHICH MEANS THEY WERE DOWN TO THE RIVETS!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT SAFE IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. MY FREINDS SHOP???? THEY ARE NOT MY FREINDS. THEY ARE A REPUTABLE REPAIR SHOP( WILLOW RIDGE AUTO REPAIR) WHICH YOU DONT KNOW WHAT THE WORD REPUTABLE MEANS AS YOU SELL UNSAFE CARS AND I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON YOU HAVE GOTTON AWAY WITHT THIS. I WAS NOT TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY THEM. DIFFERANCE BETWEEN THEM AND YOU IS THEY PUT QUALITY PARTS ON MY VEHICLE. NOT THE AFTERMARKET JUNK YOU PROBABLY USE. OR IT WOULD HAVE BEEN USED PARTS!! AND TO OFFER ME 200.00 DOLLARS??? I HAVE BEEN IN THE HEAVY DUTY PARTS IND FOR OVER 30YRS. YOU CANT EVEN BUY THE PARTS FOR 200.00 YOU MORON. LOW LIFE DEALERS SUCH AS YOURSELVES USUALLY DONT LAST LONG. AND WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND IN CANADA!!! AND YOU LIE ABOUT AMVIC!!!!!! AMVIC THEMSELVES ARE BEING INVESTIGATED FOR WRONG DOING. OR WHAT THEY DONT DO FOR THER PUBLIC THAT THEY SHOULD DO WHEN THEY SEE UNSAFE PRACTICES FORM DEALERS. IT IS ONLY BECAUSE OF THE RULES THAT GOVERN THEM THAT THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO TAKE YOU TO COURT OR REMOVE YOUR LICENSE. THATS OK AS I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT I HAVE COST YOU MORE IN SALES THAN IF YOU WOULD HAVE BEEN FAIR ABOUT THIS AND CAME CLEAN FOR 50% OF THE REPAIR BILL THAT WAS 900.00 AND SOME ODD DOLLARS. 100% UPFRONT... NOT YOU OR YOUR STAFF HAVE A CLUE WHAT THAT MEANS.... THIS IS BY NO MEANS OVER AS I HAVE BEEN IN TOUCH WITH THE INVESTIGATOR THAT IS INVESTIGATING AMVIC AND HE IS AWARE OF WHAT HAPPENED HEAR AND TO HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE HAVE BEEN DISHONESTLY TREATED UPON PURCHASE OF A VEHICLE FROM ANY AMVIC DEALER AS I AM SURE YOUR NOT ALONE.... I HAVE ALSO BEEN INSTRUCTED BY TONY TIGHE TO CONTACT TRANSPORT CANADA CONCERNING SAID SAFETY ISSUES/PRACTISES CONCERNING YOUR DEALERSHIP AND OTHERS. DISHONEST LIARS WHOM HAVE NO ETICATE AND NO REGARDS FOR THE SAFETY OF OTHERS.....

Unbelievably greasy and dishonest company. Sold me a car a month ago that was "in great condition" with a pretty little inspection report that made everything look like it was great. As soon as I picked it up, the window auto-trapping warning signal was going off every 10 seconds, and I have just now found out it needs not one, not two, not three, but FOUR new tires. Turns out in this inspection missed the fact that it had directional tires installed BACKWARDS. It also has bulges on two of the tires, and the other two have shredded beading?!?! Kaltire has told me they are ready to blow out at anytime, and my daughter and I have been very lucky. In response, Xtreme auto sales has told me somewhere in the papers I signed was a note saying all four tires had failed inspection, and they will do absolutely nothing to help me. I have since looked at the papers, and still cant find this note. Go somewhere honest that is not intent on screwing you over. We work too hard for our money to have greedy people steal it. I will be telling everyone I know, and warning others via Kijiji, Amvic, my social media, word of mouth, and BBB- that is if they have even managed to be a member. Which after talking to a couple other people that have been screwed over by them seems unlikely. UPDATE: Alignment is also bad and needs to be done. Nice. Total cost of maintenance on one month old car in "great condition" from Xtreme auto sales: $1,700. Thanks for your dishonesty!

I contacted Xtreme Auto on Monday evening about a 2015 Kia Soul they were advertising. The call was taken by Tri Nguyen and I arranged to come in the following day for a test drive. When I arrived yesterday, the car was ready and waiting and we had the test drive. I then completed an application form and once Tri had crunched the numbers for me, he explained everything in detail. I feel in an open and transparent way. As I wanted to think about it overnight, he suggested that I pay a $100 refundable deposit to secure the car. I was happy to do this. I decided to buy the car and this morning I advised Tri accordingly. When I arrived here, all the paperwork was ready for signature. I did not feel pressurized and things were done professionally. I am getting the vehicle I want and at a competitive interest rate and a little over 24 hours after test driving, I now own a car! I am very happy with the service I received and I would recommend Xtreme Auto!

When I first went into the dealership Phil helped me find a vehicle and when I went in to test drive and decide Pierre assisted me. The vehicle I wanted didnt have DVD players and I didnt want to get the vehicle but Pierre said he would get them for me at no charge so I went through with financing the vehicle and got the DVD players as promised. Both Phil and Pierre did excellent work and helped me get into the vehicle I wanted and they were very pleasant to work with and have excellent customer service. I was very pleased with my experience here and recommend anyone to go here if they are looking for a vehicle. (Say "nina referred me" lol). I absolutely love my vehicle and it was very clean and I had no problems with it, they have a wide range of vehicles to choose from so they will be able to find something that you will absolutely love. Thank you Phil and Pierre I appreciate everything.

This place is amazing. The owners Mo and Ahmed are very kind hearted, understanding and down to earth people. I walked in there last week Monday expecting to hear all the lies most dealerships tell women to lock them into trashy cars. But their service was extraordinary. I met Phill from sales and later Amanda from finance and honestly they legit hustled real hard for me. I was given a beautiful SUV by Wednesday which I dont have to pay for for 3 months... I love my Equinox so much that I wake up to check if its still parked in my driveway.. (#realtalk).. I am very grateful for these beautiful souls.. I recommend everyone to go to Xtreme Auto instead of wasting time trying to get scammed by other dealerships... Peace!!!!
