There are absolutely no instructions anywhere how to use the manual car wash. The only employee was unwilling to help as he had to leave the till. This leave you in spot if you have any issues using the system. The facility is not maintained at all: - The manual wash bays are not cleaned after the previous vehicles move away. There is lot of dirt and debris on the floor from the previous washes. - The credit card machine at the touchless does not work. You would have to go to the till anyways and be ready to be charged twice. - The code on the receipt printed for the touchless at the till is not readable. The till manager writes the code by pen. I have found they have been wrong on multiple occasions and you have to walk back to get a new code. - The speaker at the touchless bay is broken. This can barely understand the instructions. From the looks of it the owner has no intentions of providing a good service to the customers. He does bare minimum to keep the place from falling apart. This place needs a major overhaul. All systems are out of date or need major repairs. Avoid if possible. There are better car washes in the near by areas try them instead.

Horrible experience! Would give this business 0 stars if I could. Waited in a 3 car line for over an hour and finally asked the employee what the hold up was. I was then informed that the bay would no longer be in service after the vehicle ahead of me, that just finished washing had departed. Although I understand that certain bays may need to be closed for service or etc, it is NOT acceptable for an employee to repeatedly walk by and disregard an entire line up of vehicles waiting without being informed that the bay was now closed. There were no signs or anything put out to signify the bay would no longer be in service and that the vehicle ahead of me would be the last vehicle allowed in the bay. Extremely disappointed and a huge waste of over an hour. I Dont recommend attempting to deal with the people at this business.

Sometimes this place get really busy. Try avoiding busy hours. This place has all the things you need for car wash. Easy to get change (coins)and price for car wash is good. I has little trouble understanding all the functions and switches for first time. Few things to keep in mind on your next visit. First, you must driver really close to the door to automatically open it. Second, you may have to wait long if its busy. Third, $2 for each thing you use and you get only 2 min 45s for each service you use for car wash.

Bullshit. I used my credit card here and I as charged $7.00 on the screen. When I checked my credit card statement, I was actually charged $14.50. When I called to speak to the owner, I was told by the employee that it is pre-authorized at $14.50 and it should be corrected to $7.00. However, it the charged remained at $14.50. This is the second time this has happened and definitely will not return to this place. Robbery !!!!

Wow, talk about expensive! This place is near where I worked and Ithought I would drop by and do a hand wash. The timer recorded I was there for 5 mins. Checked the authorization on my CC when I got to work and it was a whopping $14.50, The place I usually go to by my place is $3-4 max to do the same thing I did here. First and last time customer......

Awful experience. The owner, a shorter, obese gentlemen swore at me for asking him for help, literally. The owner has no respect for people, the community in which he operates his business, or his customers. Do not give this place a single dollar. All of the positive reviews are troll accounts, or relatives of the scum-bag owner.

The worst car wash in Calgary. Gives less time then the other car wash. Soap barely comes out of brush. When I went to the counter and told the guy that I put money and theres no soap that came out, he just said sorry I cant do anything (filipino guy). They are just ripping people off. That was my last time going to this car wash.

Amazing customer service provided by ( the brown short big guy). His very helpful and knows everything about the car wash from the soaps to the washes to the services. His very polite with all his clients. All there car products are amazing and great quality. Would recommend everyone to go here. Excellent!!!

I used this place mainly because this is the only car wash in this area. I liked the products and credit card facility. However, the owner is very rude and basically has no manners. I am sure he will be taught a lesson to respect the customers if he keeps this attitude.

worst no polish , no soap comes when u wash the car bad customer service the fat guy who works there he yells at customers he dont know to talk and dont want to shut down the doors if u want to do comfortable wash because of bad weather

CC charged for $14.50, spoke to someone he said it is preauthrisation should charge what ever it suppose to. In day or two it should balance out, if not he will manually correct it. But it balanced out and charged the correct amount.

Never ever go there.... I inserted one dollar and its gone. Nothing happened. And its ask me to insert again to start from first. It took 8 dollars from me just for one soap and one wash.... Dont go there.

The price was great. Their facility was clean and the equipment worked great. Individual bays give you the time needed to do a great job cleaning your vehicle. They accept change and credit card.

Many of the machines dont work, the employees and owner are very rude. I went to the employee to let them know about the broken machine and he replied by saying that " go somewhere else".

Told it preauthorizes your CC up to $14.50. But no, it straight up bills you for $14.50 regardless. Bunch of crooks running this place ripping people off. Never go to this carwash.

Decent cost/minute prices. Biggest gripe is that in some bays the credit card slots dont/barely work sometimes resulting in multiple (dozens) of swipes to get it to work.
