WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!! When I returned to my car tonight, the Westpark attendant was giving me a ticket. I told him that A) your credit card machine wasnt working (which it wasnt) and B) I had paid by phone. I was looking for an email from Westpark - forgot theyd sent a text - and when I couldnt find it he said that because he didnt have a record on his phone, that he was going to give me the ticket. THEIR SYSTEM DOESNT WORK AND SO I GET A TICKET THAT I HAVE TO CALL IN ABOUT?!?!?! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! I called the number on the ticket. The office was closed. I called the paybyphone number, entered my pin number and got a recording which I had the attendant listen to that said my parking would expire in 6 hours. I had PROOF OF PAYMENT per your system and he STILL wouldnt take the ticket back. I refused to take the ticket with me. I called the general number and left two messages. I was completely pissed off and justifiably so. EVERYTHING ABOUT THEIR SYSTEM IS INEFFICIENT AND BROKEN!!! I was able to log into my paybyphone account and get a hold of a receipt that I emailed in to WestPark. They owe me a phone call with a BIG apology for a broken system and making me go through this hassle. I think they should refund me the amount of my parking for the night for this stupidity and inconvenience. I will never, EVER park in a Westpark lot again.

Im a patron of World Health at Richmond Road. On the afternoon of November 3rd I attended a physio therapy session at World health at 1PM. After my physio session I continued doing the exercises that I was given for the next hour. at roughly 3PM I went outside to re-register my vehicle, however the machine didnt produce a ticket. I proceeded back into World Health to clean up and leave. At roughly 3:15 I left World Health to find a ticket placed on my vehicle. I phoned the number on the ticket and asked someone to call me back. at 11:50AM on November 3rd they did and I was informed at that time that I wasnt able to purchase anymore time other than the 2 hours, its a policy. I find it odd that if an appointment is longer than 2 hours (Which it is with most services in the facility) that you cannot remain parked there. I can understand that being next too Mount Royal University they dont want students parking there all day. Im not a student, Im a 44 year old patron of one of the businesses there. Too bad you cant give a zero.

Absolutely RUDE service. Spoke with both Jody and supervisor Michelle and both of them are horrible. Stopped in to North Hill Mall and was told by a security guard standing in front of my vehicle that if I was going to be less then 2 hours I didnt need to worry about registering my vehicle. I came out 10 minutes later to find that same security guard (Patroller 0066) had given me a ticket. I called the office today to discuss it and the best they can do is reduce it to $25.00 (form $65.00). Both very uncaring and rude. Told me that I admitted to reading the sign and if I take someone word for not having to register then it is my fault. Pretty low! Good on your Patroller 0066 for scamming me out of my money. I hope you feel good about yourself. I hope you met your December quota for tickets. I will NEVER park in a Indigo west park again! if your business uses this company...then you wont get my business. Thankful, I dont live in Calgary so I dont face this very often...but never again with this company.

So I like almost every day parked my vehicle today by the North hill centre just to go workout to world health where I´m member. Unfortunatelly for my really first time I forgot register my car. After 1h and 30 minutes a came back to my car and found parking notice for 60$...okay, so I called to indigo west park company to explain my situation and they offered me reduce for 20$ and that operator she was really rude. Terrible customer service guys and even you occupied that parking lot with your signs, machines and cameras after my one year membership by WH at north hill centre, so for me is it just an obstacle every single day register my car! You came like a stranger there and you apply your easy business there! And even I didn´t mention that your stupid machines dont offer during weekends option for 2 hours free parking as well. The worst experience ever ! Could you give me any benefits for your easy money taking service ?

Can post without choosing 1 start but they honestly dont deserve even that. Never experience anything like it. My son apparently received a ticket from Westpark which was not on his windshield. Six months later, as the car is registered under my name, I received a notice that it has been sent to collections. I was shocked that I received a text from a collections agency in BC called Wiggins. How did they get my cell #?????? I contact the collections agency who recommended I contact Westpark. What a mistake that was. The women on the phone would not let me speak which made me extremely angry and wasnt at all willing to listen to anything I had to say. She ended up hanging up on me. Are you kidding. This is not over and I am going to speak to the police and see what my options are here. Do not want something so ridiculous to affect my credit.

If there was an option of giving a negative number, I would have chosen that instead of "one star". I parked my car, I took the 2-hr parking permit (for a 30 minute business nearby) and I left the permit in my car, but they still left a ticket on my windshield. I showed them my permit afterwards, they just insisted they did not see it from the photo they took. I requested them to show me the photo but they declined my request. Later on, they kept bothering me by requesting $$ plus their so-called "late penalty", they even threatened to tow my car away if I do not give them the money. Indigo West Park is literally robbing people!!!

I actually paid to be in the lot at Kensington Gate and because we put the Licence plate number in wrong they are only going to charge me $50.00. I called and said there was a mix up and I have my receipt. They told me "We dont know that it was you" and our system will not let us think for ourselves so you are just going to have to pay it. Worst company ever, worst customer service ever and dont worry I will never park in your lot again. Neither will anyone I know. If my company treated people the way yours does we would be out of business and I hope one day that is exactly what happens to you.

Westpark has ticked my guests multiple times for tickets that were paid for. They refuse to wave the PAID ticket due to another outstanding one. The tickets should be unrelated as they ticked in error. Since I paid by phone, customer service told me that I was supposed to receive an email to PRINT OFF and DISPLAY in the window although I was asked to provide the stall # AND license plate.... NOT an email account... I pay monthly to park here and my guests are being penalized over the $5 tickets they actually paid. Seriously consider parking elsewhere, I am . Notice # AA269439
