This comment is for the owner. I just picked up my 2010 audi s4. The work order was under gordon brown and josh. I inspected the car and noticed 2 dings on driver rear door and hundreds of rock chips all over my hood, winshield and roof. The front grille has mud all over as if one of your employees was driving it down gravel roads. I know we had a disagreement on the price of the job that was done and how things went about but its unlawful to abuse my property. I now need a new windshield and paint. I brought my car to you directly from scenic view motors and i sent an employee there the photos. He is checking the odometer and will vouch for me that my car was not damaged like this. 3 of my seats are filthy as if its been joy rided around. I made a police report and will be taking legal action. No one wants to pick up their vehicle from a mechanic shop in much worse condition then when it was dropped off.

Im leaving a review because positive feedback is important in a world full of negativity. I have two young adult children who have tight budgets to keep their high mile cars on the road. I always take their vehicles to W&B. I dont know a thing about cars expect that it either works or it doesnt, and if it doesnt it costs a lot. But the guys there are honest, accommodating and get my kids cars up and running as good as new again. I appreciate W&Bs integrity and honesty when dealing with us. I have taken my car there as well and they take care of us. Support local business and take your car where you can trust the work to be done right, affordablely, honestly and on time. Thanks W&B!

Underhanded dealings here recently, as other reviewers have said. Prior to my last experience this has been my go-to shop in Airdrie. However, I took my car in for servicing the other week and the rear wheel well of the car was damaged by a reckless mechanic backing a trailer into it. They were completely unapologetic about the accident, and immediately tried to get me to forget about the damage by waiving my bill (only $230). I ultimately decided not to go through insurance and just take the waive on the matter because I did not want my car to be written off - it being an older car. But Im left with a very sour taste in my mouth. Would recommend this shop only with caution.

AVOID at all cost! I took my truck there for an A/C recharge...got it back with a puddles of coolant under the truck and in the interior. I brought this to their attention and they said that I needed a new heater core and that I had neglected to maintain my truck. They refused to own up to their mistake and they were highly unprofessional. I would not recommend going here. Just another majorly dishonest mechanic.

I recently had both of my vehicles in for some work. Both times I had no complaints, seemed very fair, even recommended them to a couple of people. Just had one of the vehicles in again briefly, and I am not as pleased. The interaction came across a little underhanded. Not what I would expect based on their good reputation, or from my previous dealings with them. I hope this doesnt become a trend.

Avoid this repair center at all cost. Everyone I dealt with there did not care about getting the job done right they just cared about getting paid. Everytime they guessed at a fix it cost me money. I realize todays vehicles are complicated but there was no give and take - only take on their part. In the end my car ran no better but I was so sick of dealing with them that I went elsewhere.

I have been going to this shop for over 15 years now. Bottom line in this business is integrity and honesty. All other shops in town are sub par compared to W&B. The results W&B produce are consistent safe vehicle repair. Top notch people ... Top Notch service.

I had no appointment.. Dan the owner still took a look and assess the problem and had it fix the next day and now my truck is brand new again.. I highly recommend these guys . :)
