First off, the guy was selling me a tv for $650 and I said id think about it. When I came back to the store the next day, he increased the price to $750 denying the fact that he had ever made an offer less than that. I bought the tv anyway without being too argumentative about it. Next, he promised me that it was a brand new boxed tv set i would be getting and I even asked him later to make sure of this. When i unboxed it at home, I found that the batteries were already inside the remote, everything had been previously configured (date,time, city, language) and someones account was already logged in on Netflix. When I called to inquire about this, this other guy tries to make a fool of me by telling me that all their tvs are preconfigured and that the batteries come inside the remote. After 10 minutes of constant grilling, I had a chance to speak to the manager. He kept apologizing but didnt do anything about my situation. Finally, he gave me some credit and agreed to have the tv replaced by a new one. A the very least though, both the salesperson and manager realized their mistakes and seemed apologetic enough when i went to returned the tv and offered me a discount on any product in the store. The product discount was alright but the fact that I had to raise my tone and yell at them over the phone for almost 20 minutes to make them realize their error made this whole ordeal not worthwhile. I might go back again but I would be extremely wary of their service. My advice, make sure that whatever youre buying here is brand new and tell them to open the box in front of you before leaving the store.

If I could give a 0/5 Star I would. Visions Crowfoot are a bunch of scam artists. I purchased a desk through them July 10th 2016. It took 4 weeks to come in. I was never called to be notified it came in, only found out it was in after my 3rd visit to their store. I took the desk home and began assembly on it when I found out it had missing parts. I went to return it to the store to find out it was final sale and I stuck with a broken/incomplete product. They wont contact the company for me to get me the missing parts, and have done absolutely nothing for me in resolving this issue. The desk is now in their possession and I have nothing for $550 desk. The floor manager Ben and the main Manager Shabi have basically told me they cant refund me the money as its final sale, which was never ever told me. So now I have nothing for my money. I never got a receipt for the product as they told me the receipt would be on my file with my phone number. I thought this was fine as I have spent money on a TV and car sound system their before and enjoyed it. So much for 100% Customer Satisfaction as it says in their pamphlet. Dont ever buy product from these guys as if there is issues they just basically say its your problem.

Pathetic service. I called on the phone, got a nice sounding guy, and he transferred me to car audio. I got no answer for 5 minutes, hung up and called back 10 minutes later. Got the same guy, and got put on hold. He told me hed go to them and tell them to answer. I spent 7 minutes waiting, and hung up again. I called back one last time, and it was a different guy. And he was extremely rude. When I asked why I wasnt getting an answer, he snapped back with "Were very busy, and car audio already has 2 lines on hold." Yeah, that wouldve been nice to know earlier... When he asked if I wanted to be put on hold or leave a call back number, I said "Neither is fine" and hung up on him. I dont know if they were actually busy, but seeing how someone else also had a rude answer on the phone, and terrible service in store not just here, but in 3 other locations... I doubt they were. Absolute garbage. Id forgive them if they actually WERE busy, and I have no way of knowing that. But overall, Im not pleased with this.

I came in looking for a receiver and specifically was looking for a Denon and the sales person starts asking me questions and take me over to a Yamaha and says this is the one for me. I told him I listen mostly to music and instead he goes on showing me the Yamaha app on his phone which I didnt care about. Then the sales person leaves me to go service another customer with a "Ill be right back". He comes back about 5 minutes later and again I ask for what Denons he has. He takes me over to the audio room and not even entering it points to one that is not even hooked up and says "that one". Again he leaves and says hell be right back. I just got fed up and left at that point. Useless place to go for electronics and service. I would never recommend any Visions especially this location to anyone. The worst part was the store was not even busy at all and took them 15 minutes to even acknowledge me.

Went there to buy a laptop which i saw in their weekly flyer. Staff named Greg was nice. But he told me the $17 monthly payment is not available anymore so I was surprised why it was still in the flyer. They should take it away if its not available anymore so people wont be deceived. But I was okay with it because I really needed a laptop. They asked for my ids and to fill up some forms. I gave them my pr card and credit card because they needed it to process my financing application. But then all of a sudden the manager came in and told us my ids wont work. I need to have an Alberta issued id accdg to him. My pr card clearly indicates that Im from Calgary so I dont need other ids. Do you think I wont pay? I called the customer service and I got different explanations. Very disappointing.

What a friggen joke of a manager this place has. They wouldnt let me return an item I had bought a few weeks ago because I missed the 14 day return period. Not everyone works in the city that has the ability to just return something right away. I explained my situation and still they wouldnt let me return the item. I didnt even open the box!!! So I had to drive all the way to signal hill visions where they accepted the return because they understood my situation. For F sakes guy, this is Calgary!!! OIL AND GAS KEEPS PEOPLE AWAY FROM HOME. Use your brain next time "manager", totally killed my afternoon having to run all the way up to signal hill. Name coming soon, just going to call and find out who that guy was so you people can steer clear from him

I think Google is unreasonably prior set a minimum 1 star on rating. I want to give 0 to this Crowfoot Visions, especially on the salesman named Abhi Chauhan. The guy is money hunger to push customers buying items. He was always asking whats your decision while I was doing comparisons. And he said "you should buy this" what is really ridiculous. I suppose there is the commission for each salesman there. One more thing is the listed price in store is higher than the Visions website ones. When I asked why the price is higher than website, the salesman told me the price can be matched to website price. Is the store manger really stupid to cheat customers? I strongly recommend people DO NOT buy anything in this store.
