Solid experience. Called ahead to see if they could fit me in that afternoon for an estimate. Was told no appointment necessary, just come by, which I did and Chase who I had spoke to earlier on the phone took a careful look at our vehicle immediately after I arrived. In addition to good information shared at the counter, he furnished what appeared to be a very thorough & complete preliminary estimate in about the quickest turnaround Ive experienced (15 minutes). Although I did not have the opportunity to see inside their shop, the front office was very clean and organized. Chase shared info we both had on a common interest (dash cameras) which I found to be quite helpful. Left with impression of Chase as very straight and on point, and that UBER would be a finalist among a select few to deliver on our vehicles repair, a late model Hyundai (recommended to us by one of the local Hyundai dealerships). Checking further, I found them to have consistent online reviews among various sources, a clean BBB rating with no complaints. Although not on the shortlist of shops recommended by our insurer, I feel confident in UBERs national transferable lifetime warranty and their online reputation.

after someone did a hit and run on my car, I found Chase from Uber Auto body. This is the first time ive had to have auto body work done on my car so needless to say i was worried and didnt know what to expect except horror stories from others peoples experiences with other companies. I must say, Chase was amazing, he understood and would clearly explain everything for me and once i filed my claim with my insurance took over the rest including ensuring my company got me a loaner car that was close to the shop. Im happy for the overall experience and if i need any more auto body work in the future plan to solely bring my SUV here.

My experience here as been nothing but helpful service and honest answers. Its hard to find honest auto body shop but these guys are there to help give you a honest quote. My car was in a hit and run and I got there and with in 2 mins I was being taken care of by a very nice tall gentleman. I didnt know if I should just pay out of pocket or insurance because of the damage .... and he helped me with that choice too ! Over all great shop and recommend it to anyone looking for fast and honest answers ! Thanks again guys!

This shop is a 10 out 10. They did a wonderful job restoring my flex after mother nature beat the hell out of her with hail. It is as good as new for a 2014 model year. Price was good and Chase always kept me informed. I have used many body shops over my years in the automotive business and this shop is top of my list. Thanks again guys!!

Great staff, great people, great location. Had both my vehicle and my mothers vehicle there without one single problem or delay. Competitive prices and easy to get booked in. No hassle what-so ever! Ive heard so many good reviews with actual customers that has been to this place. The owner seems a very nice person and professional. I went all of the sudden for my genesis roof small hails and I was quoted super quick and price seems super reasonably. Will look forward to get it done here!

My daughter hit a curb and knocked my bumper off on one corner! Took it to Uber. The popped it back on, fixed one clip and charged me ZIP! Cant beat awesome service for FREE! Thanks Uber Auto!!! By the way nothing to do with the ride sharing service.
