First off, this should really be 4.5 but I cant give half stars. We ran into a couple small bumps during our experience. First off, they wouldnt move on the price. They still have fair market prices, but it didnt feel like I was getting any better deal than I could from another dealership. Another small thing was we waited for approximately 45 minutes to talk to a finance person, which was just enough time for our insurance broker and bank to close, meaning we had to wait another full day to make a deal. It wouldnt have been an issue if it wasnt 3+ hours round trip to Calgary. The last small thing for us was that we wish they would have thrown in some sort of extras for actually buying a vehicle from them. I would have even enjoyed it if they had made it even the slightest bit celebratory when we signed the papers and drove away in our new vehicle. Alas, there was no celebration and no extras. But those are only small issues, certainly not enough to lessen the buying experience we had. Speaking of our experience at The Used Car Gallery, we found it to be very pleasant and easy to buy from them. The building was easy to find, clean and professional, and quite modern. The staff was always polite and professional. Thiago was hands down the best salesperson Ive come across. Never pushy, always answered our questions, and was entertaining. When it came time to go over the finances, Donna McLaren was incredible. Very thorough, always explained things very plainly, and I never felt like I was being scammed into anything. They even got the car registered right there. All in all, one of the best buying experiences Ive had so far, and the measure I will be using in the future. If you are looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend giving them a call. You will not regret it. Oh, and one last thing. We accidentally left some CDs in our trade-in vehicle, and even a week later they were able to find them for us. Above and beyond.

Our old minivan was ready to retire, so the wife decided that it was time for an upgrade. We talked, and she decided on a year-old (2016) Dodge Grand Caravan Crew, maybe in a couple of months or so. Since we knew exactly what we wanted, I spent a few weeks online, watching & studying things like prices, mileage, availability, etc. The Used Car Gallery had exactly what we wanted, at a price ~three to four thousand dollars cheaper than the average price. Curiosity piqued, I had to see this van, and why it was priced so aggressively. I went into the place expecting to be schmoozed, pressured, and up-sold, but was very pleasantly surprised. My man Douglas was efficient, professional, and completely up front about everything. He listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and made himself available when I called. I pushed every button, verified that every single thing worked, and even crawled underneath it after the test drive. The van was as clean and unblemished as the CarProof report. Heck, they even filled the gas tank before I picked it up. The best part was the no-haggle pricing. Other dealerships quoted me things like "document" fees, over and above their listed price, but not this place. Other dealerships had different prices on their website, vs. the prices posted on sites like AutoTrader.ca, but not these guys. The price posted online is the price I paid (plus tax, natch). I would (and will!) absolutely recommend both Douglas and the Used Car Gallery to anyone thinking about getting a used vehicle - it was the easiest, most painless Used Car Experience (TM) Ive ever had.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought a used Titan 2010 truck back in October/16 from this so called Used dealership. Never had to put it in 4x4 and drove it safely to and from work. It is now jan 23/17, --3 1/2 months later and getting repaired at a Nissan dealership. Front end differential needs replacing $3000 to fix. I payed a visit to this Mini Cooper /Used Car Gallery crowfoot location on the previous day jan 22/17 to discuss my issue with the Titan. I sat down with sales manager who was apart of my sale of the Titan and assured me that "THEY WOULD LOOK AFTER THINGS ".He wrote down all the info on truck , he was kind , understanding and said all the right things to make me feel calm about my situation. Well wasnt i FOOLED!!! Very next morning i get a phone call stating that they will not take care of the issue with truck because its passed the 3 month term . Parts Manager phoning me now saying this? I dont get it! What happened to the guy i was dealing with- the sales Manager-guy who sold me the Titan ??? GOOD JOB on passing your customer complaints down the line MR. Sales Manager !!!! Hes not even "MANAGER" enough to make his own calls. As a paying customer I GET the whole policy and written fine prints on purchase sales, but COM-ON!!! How about making a customer happy, and doing whats ethically right???????? Hopefully people read this and try elsewhere before buying from this poorly MANAGED establishment.

Recently purchased a 2013 Ford Mustang GT Convertible. Overall I would have the say the experience is positive. They arent kidding when they say the price listed is the price you pay, there will likely be no flexibility in negotiating the price. That however is offset by the fact they really do have the lowest prices. I looked everywhere for a better deal and could not find one both privately and through the dealer. There was one issue when picking up the car, it was discovered just as the keys were being handed over that the car only came with one key. They were quick to authorize me to go to my nearest Ford dealership and get another one made and they covered the bill, for that well done. On the negative side and it is minor, even though the car was very clean upon delivery there is a nagging suspicion that nothing was done immediately prior to said delivery, the kids are still picking spare change and old papers out of the storage compartments and they even found a cracker on the deck behind the rear seat, and even though paint protection was supposed to have been applied the car was lightly dusty giving the impression that nothing was done. But all in all it was a positive experience and if you are in the market for used car I can recommend The Used Car Gallery and while you are there ask for Jun, he is a personable and competent salesman.

Had the best experience buying a used car at The Used Car Gallery in Crowfoot. I traded in my Lexus for another vehicle and I have to say that the customer service from all departments was an all time high. From the minute I walked in, the receptionist was fantastic and got me looked after immediately. While test driving the vehicle I was interested in, they were busy at the dealership valuing my trade in. Upon my return I had a very fair trade in for my vehicle and we continued on to write up the deal. A few hours after I left, it dawned on me that I should have an automatic start installed as I spend much of my time traveling. I called the dealership to ask if they could have this installed and they were happy to do so. The finance dept was great in having my documents drawn up in a timely fashion. When I picked up my Vehicle it had a huge red bow on the top!! Huge thank you to Doug, Donna, George and the receptionist Julia for all of their hard work to make this happen. I will definitely be back for future service and when its time for another one! You made what can often be an arduous task a very pleasant and exciting one. Thanks again gang!
