Extremely disappointed in the service in this location. I showed up to book an appointment for a test drive of a Tesla model S as I reserved and want to buy the Tesla 3 whenever it will be available. As the Tesla website state they invite people to come try out an S or an X meanwhile to have an idea of what the 3 would feel like. I dont know if its because im young but I was told it was not possible to test the S if I wanted to buy the 3 and that regardless they would be totally different cars. This is discrimination to assume that because I am young I cant afford their cars, I could get approved on an S if I wanted to but I just dont want to spend that sort of money on a car. This is the quote from the Tesla website: When can I test drive Model 3? We will provide the opportunity to get behind the wheel of Model 3 once we begin production at the end of 2017. In the meantime, we invite you to stop by a Tesla store to experience Model S or Model X.

I went into this dealership with the intentions to look at the car because I love Tesla and wanted to take pictures for my social media and actually gets hands on with the car. I have a genuine passion for cars and Technology. When going in, I blatantly told the sales people that I was there to look and could not afford a car like that. They were extremely nice and didnt even care that I couldnt afford the car, they treated me like a customer who bought one.They treated me genuinely nice and actually sat in the car with me and he showed me things and had a good chat. Amazing customer service. Best believe when I get $200,000 I will be going in and buying a car from them. Thank you guys. You made an awesome experience.

The car (a Model S) is awesome, and for that, the showroom gets 3 stars. But the staff is just meh. Theyre a bunch of young guys with no enthusiasm at all, theyre just sorta milling around, almost annoyed by people coming to check out the car. So if you go, just try out the car - sit in it, open the trunks, open and close the sunroof, run the ventilation system, etc ... do your own thing. The young guys that are on their cell phones are fairly superfluous. I think theyre probably waiting for people who *appear* wealthy, not so much someone in jeans and a tee.

I visited the Tesla store in Calgary and had a great experience. I test drove the model S and tried out a lot of its features. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. One issue was they were not ready for me at my appointment time. The test drive however more than made up for my wait. If youve never driven a Tesla, I highly recommend it. Im sure you wont be disappointed.
