Went in to trade my truck in, in hopes of finding something to lower my payments.. While originally not being open to a lot of options, Dan Hagan spent twelve hours, over the course of two days, going through several different vehicles that fit my needs and wants. He even went above and beyond what I would consider necessary, to look at other lots that he had access to, in order to find me a few more options. At the end of a long stretch, he was finally able to find me something I liked. Hes a great salesman, who is willing to put in the time and effort to help a customer get what they want. Its like they say, you cant always get what you want, but sometimes, if you try, you get what you need. In my case, thanks to Dan, I got both! Thanks again for the excellent customer service, your time and effort, and the support you showed during the process!

I recently wanted to trade in my car and get something a little bigger and newer so I went to Sunridge to get an estimate on what my car was worth and see what they had to offer. Even though my car needed some major repairs they gave me a very good value. Vytautas a.k.a. V helped us out right away trying to get us as much money as he could for our car. We test drove 8 different cars that V recommended based on what we were looking for. They were all great choices and it was a hard decision to pick one. In the end we got exactly what we were looking for and Vytautas was always keeping us updated and informed of what what was going on. He went out of his way to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Highly recommend going in to meet him if your looking for something better.

I have been trying to get a hold of Sunridge Automotive to book a service appointment for a vehicle I purchased through them. I have been trying to get in contact with their service department since November 1st 2014 and it is now January 7th 2015. I still cannot get in contact with them. I have left numerous voicemails (about 19) and they still have not contacted me. I purchased the extended warranty for my vehicle which is the only reason I am still trying to get in contact with them. I have never had so much problem trying to get a hold of someone. It is incredibly rude and unprofessional.

I would just like the management to know that my wife and I found your salesman was a refreshing change of how to be treated as shoppers. Roy Palmer was courteous and polite and did not talk down to us as we had been earlier in the day at two other dealers.. He assisting us with our truck shopping, he did not pressure us in any way and showed us his inventory and found the used F150 that we bought from him. We love the truck and would definitely recommend our friends to Roy and Sunridge Nissan Supercentre when anyone needs a used car or truck.

What a joke. Completely unorganized and unprofessional. These people have no idea what they are doing. Cannot even address questions in a timely manner. They also cannot figure out what paperwork belongs to what person. Do not waste your time here. They do not even know what they are doing. I asked for help and did not receive it. You need to have more respect for people. I am a human being and expected to be treated like one. Do not just pretend to care online, nice cover up.

Richard is most responsive and committed to ensure that his customers receive the best experience possible when shopping for used vehicles. As vehicles are typically the second biggest expenditure we make in life, it is good to finally find someone to entrust with the details. We will be back (but hopefully not too soon).

Amazing service. They work like a team and when my sales person was busy 2 others helped me and gave me a great deal. Dirty bastards lied to me and told me the bank required me to have extra warranty to receive the best interest rate. So my bad I guess, I should have known better. On the bright side the sales guy David was a super nice guy and very honest and helpful. Its the finance department that people need to look out for.

Chill out bruh.

So I just got my car out today from the Nissan Collision. The car is making a funny noise when I hit the gas, my rear view mirror wasnt properly intact, and eventually fell off. And my driver window wont go back up. All I wanted was for the hail damage to be repaired. I advise people DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR SHOP
