Do NOT ever buy a vehicle from this dealership. It was a constant run around. I arrived at the dealership 2pm with a list of 3 vehicles Id found on the website that I wanted to look at. I was informed that two of the vehicles (even though they were on the website) were not located at this location. This was the first disappointment. After spending over half an hour answering way too many questions I finally got to look at the only vehicle they had on my list. Not satisfied with this vehicle we walked around the lot and I picked out a couple different vehicles to look at. We waited in the show room for over an hour before they finally told us they couldnt find the keys for the vehicle I wanted to look at. After showing us a couple more vehicles I still hadnt found a vehicle I liked. We ended up waiting in the show room again while our salesman talked to the manager because "they wanted to find us the right vehicle". The manager took us to a vehicle, I drove it and liked it, by this time we were exhausted from being at the dealership for over 4 hours. Liking the vehicle from just that short drive I decided to make the purchase. When we signed the papers they asked when we were coming back to get the vehicle. I told them Id like to get it on Wednesday (this was Saturday). Wednesday rolled around and I still hadnt heard from anyone. I finally ended up calling the dealership and was told they just got the financing completed and I wouldnt be able to pick up the vehicle until Saturday. We set up an appointment for 9:30am since we needed to be back in Lethbridge by 1:00pm. Saturday morning we arrived at the dealership at 9:15am, at which point we sat around waiting for the vehicle to be brought over until 11:30pm, I was astounded that we had to wait this long after making an appointment for 2 hours before that. The only thing that needed to be changed in the vehicle was a new battery, which they had a week to replace. Being completely frustrated with how long it took to get the vehicle we drove away quite quickly. Once I got back to Lethbridge I realized the low tire pressure monitor light was on in the vehicle. I couldnt believe they let a car leave the dealership with a light lit up on the dash. After contacting the salesman I was told to check my tire pressure (which I had already done) and that should fix the problem. Upon checking my tire pressure again I realized that they had let the vehicle leave the dealership with 3 of one brand of tire and 1 of another brand, which can be assumed doesnt have a tire pressure monitor and is the reason for the light being lit up. Being an All Wheel Drive vehicle, not only is this bad for the All Wheel Drive system, but it also throws off the tire alignment. I contacted the salesman again, who tried to tell me that it is ok to have one different tire on a vehicle (which any mechanic will tell you is a lie). I was also told by a manager when I bought the vehicle that it has tire pressure monitors. Therefore that was a flat out lie if this one different tire doesnt have a monitor in it. The dealership is refusing to fix this problem. After being more than accommodating with the dealership, and waiting in the showroom for a total time of over 7 hours, I am astounded with the service I have received. I thought Sunridge Nissan would be my new choice for vehicles, but instead I will never be buying here again. The only thing this dealership did right was trying to find me a vehicle that was within the standards I implicated.

Upon reading the reviews below, I am extremely surprised with the amount of positive feedback. I have never endured such a terrible sales experience in my lifetime. My girlfriend and I attempted to purchase a Nissan Rogue last Thursday, which we placed a handsome down payment on. Initially, we were told we should have the vehicle the following day and we were able to inspect what we were told was our vehicle. We did not receive any phone calls and upon attempting to contact Jeremy Pon and Stephen Chauvette for the better part of the day, a phone call could not be returned. That is until I tried calling from a different number and Jeremy was miraculously able to attend to his cell phone immediately. Jeremy confirmed that our vehicle was at the lot and required PDI and detailing. I then requested to speak with his sales manager, Stephen Chauvette who assured me that we would have our vehicle by Tuesday at the absolute latest. Come Tuesday, we did not receive a phone call from anyone at Sunridge Nissan stating that our vehicle was ready for pickup. Between my girlfriend and I a number of voicemails were delivered and we were promised a return phone call on more than 10 occasions. Not once was a call returned. On the rare occasion that we were able to get through, we were led along with such statements as it’s going through inspection, it’s being detailed, etc. On Wednesday, I was finally able to communicate with the GM who assured me she would get to the bottom of this issue and get back to me within two hours. Not even, Kristin Romeril, the General Manager at Sunridge Nissan was capable of returning a phone call. I left a number of messages stating that I would be arriving Wednesday night to pick up the vehicle or I would be taking this matter to Nissan Canada. This, of course, sparked a return phone call only to advise me that the car was never at Sunridge Nissan nor were there any more of that model left in Canada. What was the $5000 down payment being applied to? A fictional vehicle it seems. Not only is this disgraceful treatment and customer service, but it is illegal. A contractual agreement was fabricated by Sunridge Nissan for a vehicle that they very well knew was not in existence and would not be produced. The fact that this dealership is still in operation is shocking. They showed no remorse and acted in a manner which suggested that this is how they function on a day to day basis. I will be raising this issue with Nissan Canada and will not allow these crooks to carry on with this unlawful, malicious treatment. If there is one piece of advice that I can give to any individual in the market for a vehicle it is to steer clear of Sunridge Nissan at all costs.

I called in for details on a car that was on "mechanic special". When I called shaw gmc(original location that was advertising the car) he told me the car needed mechanical work. So the car was at Sunridge Nissan so guy 1 called me and booked me in. I came in at 130 and he promptly greeted me and said his other appointment came in early but not to worry his coworker was going to help me out. I sat at guy 2 desk for close to 13 minutes. There were 5 other sales guys walking from their desks and back to the main office, no one came by. Then guy 2 shows up. This guy has top seller awards all over his desk so I was thinking I was set up with someone who knew what they were doing. This guy sits down, doesnt apologize for being late, asks me if I want to do a trade or pay cash, so I say "a trade would be great but it would need to be better then my other offers." He asks me a few questions about my car and says "Ill give you 6/7 thousand top". I said " no, not when I am being offered 14000!" So his reply is " well thats all you get for a versa ". I drive a civic?! So I figure ok this guy doesnt know anything about why I am here so I ask him to let me know I what the mechanical work is that needs to be done on the car I am interested in. He leaves, then comes back and asks me if I know the stock number. No, I dont know the simple aspects of your job just look for the only one that says mechanic sale. I didnt say that obviously, I told him no. Then he comes back and says " yeah so you dont want this car you need a 2010-2012. I asked him " do you have the information on the car, I would like to know what needs to be fixed". His reply " oh its like 3-4 thousand dollars worth". With him still not understanding I patiently asked again " look, I am looking for the specifics, like what exactly needs to be changed?". This fools reply is " oh I think the timing belt and parts of the transmission. So now that my patience had run out my reply was " I didnt ask you for what you thought was the issues. I asked for facts so go get me the information I asked for." So he gets up and says " well you really dont want this one but fine". Dont tell me what I want, you dont know what I am even looking for considering you didnt even ask. I just stood up and said " just forget it, you have been a complete waste of time, you guys are so disorganized!" And walked right out. How the heck is this guy a top seller? Oh I guess he just tells people what he thinks is best. I dont own two homes while under the age of thirty by listening to what others think. Im a business owner and my boyfriend manages a mechanic shop. Will never return here or recommend it.
