THIS IS THE CAR WASH JUST OFF 96TH AVE NE AND COUNTRY HILLS BLVD NE, IN THE SAME MALL AS THE T&T MARKET.. BEWARE!!!! My wife and I went there this afternoon. As we were sitting in the parking lot, waiting in line. A "GENTLEMAN CLERK/OWNER?" came screaming up in a car, so fast he was almost out of control. The temp was -6, he was wearing shorts??? He was obviously in a huge hurry, he started to attempt to direct traffic in the parking lot, which was not required... PERIOD. There was three cars in line waiting at each of the doors. He insisted on us moving to get in a specific line, he started jumping up and down, so angry, he was obviously emotionally out of control, he then nearly fell over, due to his "Episode." We had been waiting for 30 minutes already and said we will go into the next cue that opens up. He FREAKED OUT, he cursed me out if front of my wife. Then he said get the F%^K out of here, I do not need you. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. My wife mentioned that he had yelled at her on a previous visit for nothing. There is another car wash a block to the West. GO THERE!!! this guy that runs/works at this place is a FREAK! 3 vehicles that overheard his abuse, left as well behind us. It was so unbelievable, it was actually funny. I will also be lodging a complaint with the BBB. I will be following up as well to see if this man owns or just works there. If he had taken this any further it would have been a call to the police. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Decent coin-op car wash. I cant comment on the credit card issues experienced by others as I wouldnt use a credit card on any self-serve car wash system. Each bay has a timer showing you exactly how much time you have left off of your coins. I can wash my large car with $4 if I hustle using soap, then foaming brush, then rinse (and if Im especially quick I sometimes get in the spot-free rinse on top of that). They have 5 bays (1 of which is a touchless automatic system). The lines here can be longer than the other place nearby, but I prefer having a timer so that I can judge exactly how much cleaning I can get done with my coins. I have come in once and had a free car wash as well. Im not sure why, but on that day the system in the bay was already running when I pulled up and I just didnt question it. Ive also pulled in to find loonies sitting on top of the coin-op system waiting to be used. Again dont know if this was due to a forgetful user from before, generosity of the staff, or generosity of a previous user. Maybe Im just lucky.

The carwash is ok. I like the credit card thing in the bays and the pressure is good but the customer service there sucks now. I am sure its new management. There is a heavy build guy working there he must be the new owner. Odd times I would go there to in the evening and there is no one there to give out change so I had to go to the one across. I usually would go there in the morning to give my car a rinse around 7.30am but its always close now. Wish they would start opening again at 7am. The previous owner was always opened early in the morning.

I washed my car there from 7-8pm on a Thursday, didnt feel rushed and got more for my dollar than most car washes near me. There was one lady working who was kind and allowed me to take my time washing my car. Was not crowded, ample room in the self serve wash bay to work around my car. Dont have to worry about the pressure hose hitting your car on accident. The bays seem to be heated as it is like -7 degrees and no steam coming off my car afterwards. All in all will be going back there instead of my old favoured carwash.

It feels like you get less time for your money *but* you get way more soap and wax than places that give your more time per dollar. You can really see the difference when the wax gets applied compared to other carwashes in the area. It also has tricolor foam wax which leaves an incredible shine. Oddly, I think you get more time per dollar with a credit card than using actual coins.

Great car wash. Very nice and helpful new management. Credit card system works well. I got a decent car wash with only $3.94. Received a receipt from the office after the wash. The lady in the office explained the second charge of $31.50 is not a real charge, it is only the pre-authorization, and it will be gone in two days. Great service. Highly recommended to everyone!

Excellent customer service! I had paid for the cheapest car (Basic) automatic car wash. When the wash was complete the owner stopped me before I drove and told me that my vehicle was too dirty for the basic wash and next time should go for the Supreme Wash. He then told me to go back through and he gave me the Supreme Wash for FREE. I definitely will be coming back.

Great car wash. Longer time you can get from one dollar. I love the rich and colourful products it provides. The yellow foam brush, blue pre-soak, cherry tire cleaner and triple shine. Each products has different fragrance. After a complete wash, my car is shining and fragrant! Truly a gem in this area. Definitely will come back.

Is this carwash under new management? I would normally go to this carwash before work. 7.30am was normally opened now 8.20am it would still be closed. Not really sure what time this carwash would open in the mornings. Hardly anyone working there at times. Management should improve their store hours.

WORST CAR WASH!!!!!!!! no idea when the office is open, but they charged me 2 times on my credit card, once for 20$ and than again for 30$ not to mention i used 8$ cash for vacuum, I will never use this car wash again, and will be fighting to get my money back! AVOID using cards, only cash.

Decent wash. The credit card system works fine, if you look at your bank account the same day as using it, it will look like they charged you $30 but that is just the pre-auth. They adjust it to the correct price once it is processed by VISA.

Water and soap do not last as long as other self washes. Also the vacuum is at the entrance, so if you want to vacuum the vehicle, you are blocking the wash bay and people have to wait behind you.

Charged my credit card $30 for a car wash. Once i stopped the timer it showed me $4.75 balance. Poorly maintained system. No way to prove it because it doesnt provide receipt.

Very convenient in bay credit card wand wash. Reasonable price and powerful products with high cleaning quality. Staff is friendly and helpful.
