3.5 - 4 stars. Had to call them on the day I was supposed to pick up my truck after repairs. My truck wasnt ready and repairs were going to take an extra week. I was told I would receive a call on the coming Wednesday to update me on my truck. Wednesday came and went with no call. I called on Thursday and they told me that my truck would be ready that afternoon. Payment was a little more of a hassle then it probably needed to be, but I did have two separate claims, plus a betterment on my bumper, so I can understand why it took a little longer. However, all that aside, my truck looks immaculate. Both the left and right panels of my bed, plus my bumper were repaired/replaced, on my 13 RAM. Paint matching is perfect, alignment is dead-on, and she looks like I just rolled her of the lot. Not to mention the "clean for delivery" service. I dont think the interior of my truck has ever been this clean. All-in-all, I think that communication with their clients could use some work, but I cant argue the results of the repair. I would have work done here again.

I had my truck repaired at Shaw GMC in Calgary but they were unable to resolve quality issues (inconsistent body part spacing, missing paint, air leak, etc) so my insurance agreed to take it to Speedy Collision in Airdrie AB. Right from the beginning, the experience was completely different. Brendon went over the vehicle and noted the remaining problems. He called back with an update once the truck was pulled apart and offered that I could come in and view the route cause of the problems. He then called me when the truck was ready to go, we went over the truck and all of my concerns had been addressed. They fixed all of the problems that I had noted after Shaws repair along with several problems that I hadnt noticed. Im very happy with the work that was done at Speedy Collision in Airdrie and wish that I had taken the truck there from the start!

Incredible service! Brendon and his staff obviously put a lot of emphasis into customer service. Usually, going to a collision place means you have recently had a bad day, so it was nice to have this kind experience to help ease what is otherwise an unpleasant time. When they were done with the repairs, it looked as good as new! I was also surprised (in a good way) that they cleaned my car both inside and out and neatly packed away anything (CDs, gloves, snow brush, loose change, etc.) that was out of place. My car hasnt smelled that good since I bought it! If you are looking for a reputable, competent and trustworthy collision repair shop in the Airdrie area, I would strongly recommend Brendon and the folks at Speedy Collision.

Had minor paint scuffs on side of vehicle that needed to be taken care of. Shopped around Airdrie body shops getting quotes and opinions of the damage and they all had similar price of $250. Speedy Collision was able to set up an appointment within 24 hours for a quote and I was amazed to be quoted at under $200. Not only was the price very reasonable but they took the vehicle in right away and had it finished in 2 hours with the exact quoted price! Speedy Collision has my business because they are very affordable yet "speedy" to get a very quality job well done. Thanks so much Speedy Collision! Highly recommend!

Somebody hit my truck while it was parked in front of my house leaving 2 X 2 foot long nasty scratches across the passenger door and front fender. I took my truck into Speedy Collision in Airdrie to see if they could do anything for me or get me a quote to decide if I would go through insurance or not. Instead they fixed it for me at no charge! Wouldnt take a dime. Just said Happy Friday! The guys in the back were able to wet sand the scratches out. All that is left is a tiny chip and I ordered a paint pen for that. Thank you so much Speedy Collision team. It is indeed a happy Friday!

Went to Speedy Collision today to enquire about taking my accident damaged vehicle there for repairs, as I read excellent reviews of this company online, and I asked the lady at reception a few basic questions as I am new to this process. I received an ice-cold reception from the second I walked in, no smiles and no willingness to be helpful beyond the absolute minimum. Very unpleasant and I dont think I will return here. I would hate to deal with this kind of attitude while my vehicle was being repaired.

Totally blown away by the work Speedy Collision did on my car. A parking lot run-in with a cement pillar left the front of my car looking pretty rough. I called them up and they were able to order the part I needed and fit me in the next day. In just one afternoon they had it looking absolutely beautiful, much better than I had even hoped, and at a very reasonable price. The work they did looks incredible, and I will definitely recommend them in the future.

Excellent service. I was recommended by Airdrie Windshield and Glass (another excellent place Ive been dealing with) to go see Brendan at Speedy Collision, for a scratch in my rear window (somebody keyed it). Thankfully the scratch wasnt to deep and Brendan was able to fix it like new, in a matter of a couple minutes. Ill definitely continue to deal with them.

I had all three windows smashed out on my car ..called up and talked to Brendon , he said to bring it down and he would see if he could put something one temporarily ..took it down he had it put on and he even offered to clean the inside of my car ..for free . awesome service , staff were super friendly ..shelly was great to talk to ..what a sweetheart .

These guys are un-fricken believable!. Best service bar none. They even cleaned my car. They EVEN organized all the junk in the back of my car into specific bags and boxes. If you guys were female, I would marry you so fast we would be on honeymoon in Palm Springs before you barely got out the words "I do". Thanks for a great job!

Great people, and a fair place to do your autobody work. Locally owned, with long term employees. I had a chat with the owner who was very friendly, and he is the kind of guy you would want for your neighbor. Everyone is friendly, and if anything they undercharged me. I wish there were more businesses like this...

These people take absolutely no responsibility for their actions. They damaged my key and every time I called (4 times) they said they would call me back with a solution. I have never received a call back from them. I called again, and Donny was absolutely nothing but condescending. I will never go back here.

I have been here twice to get my car repaired. Both have been an awesome experience. Getting a quote is very easy and getting my car fixed has been done promptly and on time. The people are very accommodating and does everything 100%! I recommend everyone to get their vehicles fixed here.

Very helpful, polite, and quick with repairs. I was very impressed. Having a damaged vehicle is very stressful, these people helped to deal with and eliminate the stress. Hopefully I wont need damage fixed again, but if I do, I will return to them.
