What I liked: I went there to get my cars engine oil leak diagnosed and repair. They were able to diagnose fairly quickly and fixed it. They found that it was a leaky oil filter. They corrected the problem by replacing the oil filter and Bosch synthetic oil and charged me a fair price of $100. I liked their honesty as other places might have easily ripped me off by misguiding me (I am not a car guy). They even gave me ride back to my workplace! What I didnt like: They had a free 70 point inspection with oil change. The gentleman told me over phone that they did the inspection and found some problems that will take around $**** to fix. So, I requested him a copy of the report so that I can get a second opinion on it and he agreed upon it. But, when I went there to pick up my car, the another gentleman denied to provide me the inspection report. I was told that the only information they could share has already been given to me over phone as I have decided not to get my car repaired with them. When I insisted, I was able to read my inspection report. The guy picked up the report from the garbage can and I read it (They didnt even gave that report to me). There were only check marks on it with no indication that something is wrong with the vehicle. I expressed my concerns about these and he then showed me some yellow slips with some text scribbled with the problems in the car. He denied to share it with me by providing a reason that I may go somewhere else to get my car repaired. I could have asked to meet the same gentleman that talked to me over phone, but I think it might been of little help. I am surprised by their insecurity as they just had lost their earned business and trust by not providing me a detailed report that could have helped me to get a second opinion elsewhere in Calgary.

Thank you gentleman for once again providing excellent service to my vehicle. Again work is done swiftly and done with extreme professionalism. Your ability to locate the right part at a fair price and in town goes a long way of always getting me in and out of your shop quickly. i thank you once a again for a job well done. You know I have been using your shop for over 15 years now and have never been surprised at the cost ( usually less than quoted ) or the proficient quality of your staff. Great to have you in the neighbourhood. I also would like to thank you for having taken care of friends and family that I have sent your direction. They have nothing but praise to say about your shop. Thanks again, keep up the great service. I might add that I have found and used less expensive parts and have had them replaced due to inferior quality. The parts you fellows use do work and keep working, no need to look my self for less expensive parts, as i now know that they are of a lesser quality and will fail in a short time frame. Nothing like trying to save a nickle and end up paying a dime. Lesson learnt!

Do not trust those guys. Do your homework, check prices elsewhere, make sure they have done what they have charged you for, and request the parts you have changed. They recommended an engine shampoo to check for oil leaks at another time; I agreed, they did not do the job but charged for it. When confronted they denied, and only agreed it was a poor job (it was not done). Secondly, they significantly overcharged for a catalytic convertor ($500 for a part available for $350 or less to them at Bumper to Bumper, and $140 on Amazon - ouch). And finally, they could not provide the muffler they replaced after I became suspicious that they replaced more than they should have. Read the other reviews and you will see this is not an isolated case.

I had bought my car second-hand knowing that the exhaust system was in pretty bad condition. When I went for a quote at other stores across Calgary & Airdrie, they kept wanting to replace my entire exhaust system averaging anywhere from 1500$-2600$. Both here and another Apollo store give me similar quotes at around 600$-700$, doing some welding and replacing only damaged parts. They spent the time evaluating the car (listening for leaks etc) instead of just taking a quick look like others had. Had the car back for almost 5 months now am extremely pleased with the work.

Thank you gentlemen for yet another fine repair. The Montgomery location is the one I recommend to friends and family. They do their best to accommodate me and even gave me a ride home. Price is also on par, and even beat some when I compared it to other places. I feel they go out of their way to get me the value for money spent. These guys know what they are doing. Many different levels and prices for parts. Go with what is recommend. Have not steered me wrong in the past. Thanks again.

i took my gmc sierra here to get cat back straigh pipe and they did an amazing job, they worked after hours to get my truck done, they were very friendly and easy to talk to. great experience and would for sure go back! delt with a guy name Jeremy and he was able to get me in and out with exactly what i wanted! thanks guys!

They went out of their way to find the elusive problem and when they failed to fix it the first time the didnt charge for labour and stayed late to fix the actual issue the next time and charged reasonable price. I will be returning.

To be avoided at all cost. I wanted a quick quote for a leak and backfiring. 2 Hours later they tell me it will cost over 3k and they charge me 80$ for the quote and then they yell and curse at me. Waste of money and time.
