Very poor service by Parts and Service Manager. Went to get my truck detailed and was quoted a price of $199 plus GST. When I went to pick up my finished truck, there was a charge on the receipt for $30.85 "shop charges and repair order". I asked the Service Manager if he could explain this charge and he said it was for the rags, water and chemicals/soap used to clean the car. I asked the Manager how cleaning supplies/water for the vehicle was not included in $199 detailing price. Service Manager told me that this was standard. At no point was I told (when quoted the price for detailing) that there is a $30.85 extra charge for "shop supplies" for water/rags/cleaning supplies on top of the $199 quoted price. The Service Manager said that there was nothing he could do and was not willing to drop the charges. He was very unsympathetic nor could he explain why this bogus "shop charge" was not already part of the $199 detailing fee. This is very unfortunate as the actual Detail Manager that cleaned my truck did a fantastic job, but, this extra bogus charge (and the unwillingness of the Service Manager to take off the charge) leaves me with a very unpleasant experience. As a result, I will not be going back. This is also unfortunate as we live in the area and we were in the market for a new vehicle. Thank you for making our choice easier and eliminating Hyundai off our list. I do not recommend this place and if I could, I would give it zero stars. **UPDATE** - I returned to the dealership and spoke to the Service Manager (again). I had to contest the $30.85 service charge as I was not happy with the way it was resolved. After a brief conversation, the Service Manager reluctantly refunded me the "shop charges and repair order" for $30.85, but, not the GST I paid on the $30.85.

Had a deal in place and the manager Mike Decided to sell the vecivhle to someone else for more . Talked with GM Named Dan never called back instead he went for lunch . What a way to Handel a customer eh.. Got in touch with him after his lunch and said he would call back before end of day to straighten out . I followed up and he went home for the day . Manager Mike said he had to go for his family time. Meanwhile myself the customer waiitng for answers. I have emails about confirming the deal and still not important to them . If I could select 0 stars I would . BUYERS BEWARE very shady people working at this dealorship

Best service I have ever had at a dealership. I found that Andrew, and all the guys are really honest and straight forward. I am not a mechanic so when I asked questions they explained it to me in a language I could understand. They were straight forward and told me what I absolutely needed to do but also made recommendations for things that will need to be done but not immediately. At no time were they ever pushy. If you are looking for a great dealership for outstanding service, I would definitely recommend South Trail Hyundai.

At first I was a bit skeptical due to the lack of feedback from other customers but that was understandable since this dealership is fairly new. My sister was looking for a new vehicle and we decided to check this place out. Best decision ever! Alvin and Katie were very professional and made us really comfortable. No hassle, no pressure. Alvin is very diligent and he makes sure that all the bases are covered. Katie made sure that there were no grey areas. Overall it was a great experience! Would definitely recommend!

I have had my vehicle in three times with warranty and recall issues. Andrew, and the dealerships service department has always treated me with the utmost respect and super friendly at every visit. I enjoy the hospitality and casual conversations. They are eager to accommodate me with their shuttle service when I need a ride. They are always prompt and efficient with any mechanical issues that needs to be repaired. I highly recommend them based on my experience and the well maintained maintenance of my vehicle.

Took my vehicle in for an oil change, the service person I dealt with was great! When I booked my appointment they told me to expect an hour but it only took 30 minutes which was awesome. However, everytime Ive gone into a Hyundai dealership to get any type of service they have always washed my car, cleaned my floor mats, and wiped down my dash. None of that was done at this location. It looked they ran my car through water but my car looks just as dirty as when it went in.

I brought my vehicle into South Trail Hyundai on July 11, 2017 and from the moment I arrived was very impressed. The service advisor, Andrew was polite, informative and quick to help me. My vehicle was returned to me quickly and to my surprise even washed. After meeting the Service Manager, Chris Lindsey its easy to see why the service department is as good as it is. Dan, Victoria and Sarah were the perfect team in helping me get into my new Hyundai. Dan really helped in getting me in my perfect and ideal car and Victoria was there to deliver the car to me, she was one of the kindest sales executives Ive worked with and I would recommend everyone I know to see her. I did have a few problems with one of the other managers but Victoria really got my mind off it and on my new car! Thank you so much to Dan and everyone who helped.

SO HAPPY to have a Hyundai dealership so close. The staff are super attentive and friendly. My service took far less time than I expected and Lenny, my shuttle driver was super fast. He listened and gave me exactly what i needed, very curteous and provided detailed information. No sales pressure just really good customer service. Very happy with the service at this location. Technicians listen to my concerns and provide solutions. Service is completed in the expected time frame and updates are provided along the way. I live closer to another dealership, but the service received at South Trail Hyundai makes it well worth the extra driving time.
