I have been taking my vehicles to these guys off and on for more than 20 yrs and I can say with all certainty that I have always been treated fairly and respectfully. This is a long running family operation (run first by dad and now by his sons) and honesty is a word they truly live by. The work is second to none and absolutely a cut above the rest. They are very quick and very professional. Their prices are always the best and they have always been straight up about what is required for my vehicles and have never done or even suggested work that is not required. I will never trust my vehicle to anyone else. You guys are the best Ryan & Shawn. I am sure you make your father proud.

I had gotten work done on my rear breaks only to find out that one side was not done properly and had become a safety issue and would cost me upwards of $500 to get fixed. We went back and addressed the concern but they did not want to take responsibility for the work they had done, They did take money off the repair however we should not have had to pay anything for their screw up and putting my safety at risk and I would not recommend them as my uncle has also heard not so good things about them through many of his customers. If I could give a rate of zero out of five, or lower, I would. Awful, awful work done and thoroughly unimpressed.

I dont know why all this people are putting five stars for. But when I went there to day for a heat problem in my car, they did a diagnostic and told me that my heat coils are clogged up and it needs to be taken out and flushed. That will be $208.00 before taxes. So I said if I take it to some were ells they would tell me the same thing? And they said yes so I did went to NAPA at heritage auto and they did a diagnostic and fix the problem that was a plug that got disconnected so they reattached the plug for 69$. If I could Ill put mines 5 stars for trying to cheat me out off my money!

My wife and I have been coming here for over a decade now for everything from oil changes, car inspections winter tires you name it if it involves our cars we get it done here. I have recommended South Pro for many many years and not a single person I have ever sent here has come back with a negative experience. They have worked on everything from our original 1993 Corolla with 350K+ to our 2008 VW Rabbit and now our 2010 Outback. Never a concern or a worry when we drop keys off be it with originally Tom or now with either of his sons Ryan and Shaun.

GO HERE!! Ended up finding these guys based on Google reviews and I cant say I was disappointed they are unbelievable! Saved me money on more than one vehicle! Like thousands. I have complete trust and faith in this company. What a relief☺ I have friends back home that are mechanics and I never imagined me using someone local. Its nice to know I can go to these guys and have complete faith that theyre honest and actually know what theyre doing!!! Sometimes going home just isnt worth the time/savings, its nice to go here and have peace of mind.

Cant think of anywhere else I would take my car. Professional, clean and honest shop with mechanics who know what the hell their doing and they do it well. They go above and beyond to make sure your satisfied with your service. Prices are very good, and in my experience have even been knocked down here or there based on what was/wasnt done. Can always find you a time within a day or two, and while the work can take a little bit of time, what you get from them is well worth an extra hours wait. Would reccomend to anybody!

My entire family has been going here for many years now for most of our repair needs. Weve always had our vehicles taken care of in a timely manner, and never felt ripped off. These guys are really honest and wont charge you for things that dont need fixing. Ive even been in a couple times for what turned out to be a simple fix, and they didnt charge me at all. If youre looking for a really good, honest mechanic, with decent prices. Definitely bring your vehicle here without a second thought.

Have been taking my cars to South Pro for the last 6 or 7 years. Theyve taken the time to show me exactly what needs to be repaired, have looked at my car and told me no repairs are needed, and most recently did a repair on my partners car for half of what other auto shops quoted. They are consistently friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and take the time to make sure I understand what I need to do. Ive yet to return to them for any repairs gone wrong. This is the place to go. Hands down.

Took my 2002 CRV to the Honda dealership and was told I needed a new clutch. Hondas estimate was quite high so I shopped around and ended up bringing the vehicle to South Pro. An hour later I got a phone call from Sean at South Pro to let me know that the problem was not the clutch at all but a leaky master-cylinder. Thanks to Sean and his staff at South Pro for turning what would have been a $2500 repair at Honda into a $400 fix. Cheers boys.

Great, honest shop. I had a creaking noise in my car so I decided to take it in. I was thinking the shocks and struts needed replacement. I pretty much gave them a blank cheque to do whatever needed to be done. Within a couple of hours they had found the problem and called to let me know. Turned out to be a rock stuck in the trailing arm. $40 and the noise is gone. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Keep up the great work guys.

Progressive Auto Repair

We had a customer from South Pro Automotive having an issue with the electrical system on their vehicle while in Victoria BC and Shaun was absolutely fantastic to deal with. We worked together to get the customer taken care of and he continued to follow up with both us and his customer to ensure everything went smoothly. If we every have any customers in his region which need an honest reliable shop, I am directing them to go see Shaun.
