Too many BAD experiences. Ive been ripped off from the coin dispenser twice, only one of which was there anyone around to fix the problem. Went there to use the RV bay to wash the RV, sat behind another RV in line for half an hour and there was no Movement. Shouldnt the manager have noticed this and said something to the guy in the bay? Ended up leaving. Also been there when half the bays are out of service creating huge line ups. This morning (sunday) i went there to wash the truck and quad, knowing im soposed to use the RV bay, due to the mud, i approched the door as it says and it never opened so i went into one of the regular bays. I know i wasnt soposed to but there was no employee there to help me so i figured i would help myself so i go into the regular bay (which i had to open the door myself, even though it clearly states "approach slowly door opens automatically"). I swiped 3 different credit cards and each one said it wouldnt accept it (ive used my cards there before and it worked and no there are no where near maxed out) told me to use coins which i didnt plan on needing thus not bringing and there was no way i was gonna stick cash into the coin dispenser. This place is TERRIBLE.

Absolutely THE BEST...THE BEST....THE BEST!!! Even on theyre most busiest days, they get you in & out in a VERY reasonable amount of time. I hate going to other car wash places & they have me sitting there for what seems like forever. These guys do an excellent job & theyre goal is to get you in & out. Theyre professional & they have your vehicle looking brand spanking clean. Inside & out. The prices are great & I just love going to this place. They have a system that works for them. Theyre FAST! I love this place.

Been there a couples of times, its hard to wash a pickup truck in there. 1st the water is cold, which mean it will take a while to dry, 2nd the wall are too close (small bay) with concrete wall, youll end up having to wash the walls as the dirt go from the truck to the wall then back onto the truck. I havent notice the pressure like the other review, as it cost me so much to wash the walls. The place might work well for small car, but definitely not for bigger vehicle.

I go to this carwash for the convenience, as I live fairly close. I usually have good experiences here when I go past 9 am. The bad experiences come in the morning as I cannot get change at 7 am at open. I will continue to go here but just wanted to let people know there is no change at 7am, posted open time. CC I believe can be used at this time.

Cheap on soap, there is barely enough suds to even tell if you are using soap.... the brush barely pumps out anything either. The water pressure is very weak in some of the bays, not all but some of them for sure. Vacuum doesnt ever work. Waste of money! Way better places in airdrie to was your vehicle other than here. Your money will go way further.

I had some car problems today and ended up stuck in a bay with a car that wouldnt start... While waiting the 4hrs for the mechanic to come look at it the staff here were very kind, even bringing me a cold water while I waited. Thank you for not yelling at me and being so wonderful...

The autowash broke down twice while in the middle of the soap cycle. Attendant came to the rescue and hand washed my truck and refunded me the money I spent on the autowash. Excellent customer service and hats off for work ethic. Will continue to use this wash weekly.

worst car wash place ever. their stupid wash machine double charged my Visa for my wash the other day ($6 wash showed up as a $15 charge on my Visa statment... no customer service to help, no one to call, no refund on their machines error. I will never go here again.

Great customer service! The vacume wasnt working in our bay so they refunded us our wasted 5 dollars and helped us move our matts to another bay. My only complaint is they dont have an air gun to blow out your vents! Definately recommend this car wash!

Long wait for only one RV bay also access was very difficult. I could not proceed through bay to exit and required help from owner/operators to exit by backing unit out. Wash rate is best price I have seen and wash was reasonable.

Worst self serve car wash Ive been to... ever! Water cycle is way too short (paid 3x more than normal), pressure is inconsistent and ranges from garden hose to damaging my paint job. Absolutely awful, never going back!

A bad experience for us washing a Class A Motorhome. Pricey, no steps available, hoses to short, and place to narrow to work comfortably. Would not recommend.

Lots of bays, well lit and a detailing bay even. Looks very inviting and well taken care of. Water pressure was really good too. Nice and powerful.

Used to be my favorate wash when they first opened but then one day the time for a dollar was cut in half. Much cheaper washes out there.
