The owner Al is very nice and worked very hard to find me an ideal vehicle. He also gave lots of advice on cars. Unfortunately, due to some circumstances, I decided to go with something else than what he proposed. BEWARE when you receive a phone call from Rush Auto and make sure you listen carefully before saying yes. In fact, I got a phone call from Al when I was in a very noisy area so I told him that I would call him again later. There was some misunderstanding and then, the next thing I knew, he already bought the car from the auction, changed the brakes and did a thorough cleaning. However, at that point, I already set my mind for another car. I was actively solicited by Al via text messages and he gave me more advice about why to not buy the other car, etc. This must be a very unpleasant experience for Rush Auto since they worked very hard to find me a good vehicle. It was just as unpleasant for me as I felt really bad for what happened. On the bright side, if you happen to look for a Nissan Juke, they have a black 2012 AWD one that looks very nice!

The manager did not explain that actually. Also that still does not give you the right to use inappropriate language towards a customer or any human in that matter. He didnt use any respect or professionalism dealing with customers. Its not hard to explain that its not your policy in a nice professional way instead of using fowl dirty offensive language (saying "to rub salt on my ass") and laughing at me. I will post pictures of my experience to prove it!! I dont recommend anyone buying from here as they are not professional and very rude and ignorant and offensive. When owner found out nothing was done about it. Just shows you they dont care about there customers at all. Rush autos gives horrible service and the employees are rude and ignorant and use foul langue towards there customers! They have no respect. They are most defiantly not a professional company at all with low grade vehicles. I wouldnt go there if it was the last dealership in the world. As they spoke to me with ignorance and using fowl language it is no way to speak to anyone.

Whatta joke here. I believe I am not the only who got yelled and sweared at with my 2 year old kid beside me. All I did was ask a simple question and they used terrible language and acted like they were better than me. With a Wald of cash you think they would treat you with respect on there 2 figure salary and cars they sell there that they cant even afford. I would never buy a car from here if it was the last dealer in the world. Not only have they sold my buddy a car with a messed up transmission and no headlight as that is illegal for a car dealership but treat you like your less than them. Tj Roy I feel for you and your experience you received there your not the only one.

Craig is fantastic to deal with - hes knowledgeable and personable and wants to do what he can to help. Darryl, however, is not so great to deal with. We didnt have a great experience here - we felt like Darryl didnt give us very fair options and tried to push us into a vehicle we werent comfortable with. Im not suggesting that you shouldnt check them out, just be wary of Darryl if hes the one youre dealing with; hell spend all day bragging about how many cars hes sold, try to force a car onto you, and then make Craig deal with the rest!

These guys are great. I love the service and the attention they pay to detail. I dont know much about cars and they have been so helpful. For the car I wanted they didnt have on the lot but that didnt stop them they looks high and low for the car I was looking for and now I am happy.
