Dont get confused of Calgary Auto Emporium/Royal Auto Sales the same Owner. Beware this people will sell you a broken car, over charges and will give you excuses and excuses a total waste of time. They sold me a Saab 2011 with a engine light is on with a broken trunk. 2 months of driving it they still was not able to fix the problem. I also notice that there charging so much fees and most of the numbers in the bill of sales dont add up over charge. They replace my car with a Hyundai and again after a day of driving a dragging sound in the right wheel, I took it to my mechanic and they find out that a missing bolt in the brake caliber. They dont care if the car is properly check as long they make the money and make sure get a copy of the mechanical assessment. Read the warranty waste of money, dont let Frank explain to you in a very fast manner so you could sign the contract right away. They charge so much from the warranty of 2500 with 1star from global warranty that most mechanic wont deal with them. They refused to give me a refund of my down payment from the Saab which is broken from a day one and the warranty I paid. Never again!!!! Also my friend car that she purchased from them is also the front is broken and one of the tire is winter and they keep telling her that theyll try to find a tire !!why not purchase one from all the money they got from us. Plus dont be fooled by the review some of those reviews are not all from the customer. They will take advantage of people like me that dont know anything about buying cars from a dealer. Now I will have Amvic deal with them.

Purchased my van from Frank in early July, the process was quick and easy. Within the first week I started having problems with my van so I brought it back for them to fix it. They failed to fix everything that was wrong with it or do a proper inspection. I have now had my van for 3 months, the transmission has been acting up since the day I got it, I tried to drive it to the transmission shop but something broke on the drivers side front tire area while I drove down my street. I have tried calling this dealership MULTIPLE times and sent countless emails because my van was written off due to hail damage and I wanted to buy another vehicle from them. That will not be happening after the service I have received. When you call, you will be lucky if you get to speak to anyone other than the receptionist. You will continuously be told that someone will call you back and nobody ever does. Obviously they sold me a lemon but I thought I would give them benefit of the doubt and purchase another vehicle from them. I have not been able to reach anyone, I have been waiting for OVER a MONTH to purchase a vehicle from them but I have moved on to a different dealership that got me a better vehicle and exactly what I wanted... a RELIABLE vehicle. My van has spent at least a week out of the 3 months I have had it in their shop, and has been parked for 3 weeks because I cannot drive it due to other issues that It has that were previously existing and not caused by me. Keep in mind I have put less than 5k on it in the 3 months Ive had it.

I met Ali on Facebook the other day and I have to say he was amazing. I told him what I was looking for and what I wanted to do. I want am SUV that has 4x4 or awd. I want it in my name only and I dont want my payments anymore then 200 to 250 well he helped me with exactly what I wanted. Royal auto sales is going to be highly recommended by me to anyone I know. I went in they helped with insurance and took amazing care of me. They even helped me get my vehicle home. There was no pressure to buy no hidden circumstances and they were extremely thorough with the mechanical inspection on my new hot ride. So A BIG THANK YOU TO ALI I was so happy for my first purchase to have gone so well. Every question I had he answered and promptly. Thank you to you and your team Ali I will happily come back again.

Got a 2013 Chevy Orlando not even 2 months ago and its been problem after problem. Every time we call them its a new excuse as to why they cant look at it or fix the problems. Apparently they dont even cover tires. Wow. We got this vehicle with a slow leak. Every day it needs air and it shakes while going even 70mph. Vehicle is dangerous as it glitches and flickers while in drive, at one point it pulled us so hard to the right towards parked cars, we had no choice to park it. Still they did nothing, a very unreliable vehicle and not family safe at all. They still expect a family of 6 to drive it. All they said was drive it until it breaks then the warranty will work. Then they tell us its up to GM dealer to fix it??Thats very unprofessional of this car dealer.

I wouldnt recommend this place to my worse enemy! All of their vehicles are broken and they dont fix them, they will make deals with you and not follow through .. they even called the cops and put in a report because my roommate who is a big guy came with me to the dealership to discuss my vehicle! They ask who he is so I tell him and they get scared and call the cops ! & to top it all off they are refusing to fix my truck that they sold to me with problems and promised to fix in January.. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

Slimey car salesman techniques. Lured me in saying I was going to pay a certain price, then when it came time to do the paperwork they through on an extra 2000 saying that I must have misheard them. Said the timing belt was done, then found out they had no idea whether or not it was done. Was going to do a trade in and I can tell you with great certainty, their inspection of the vehicles is really poor. Found them covering up leaks and using slimey sales techniques. Stay clear!

I bought my car from Royal Auto sales and the entire experience from start to finish was amazing. Upon entering Royal Auto Sales I noticed that the environment was very friendly and professional. I was not bombarded by 100 different sales staff fighting over the commission theyd receive from my sale. They were very respectful not obnoxious and are giving the car sales industry a great name. I would definitely recommend them to any of my family or friends.
