Great, friendly service. Easy booking. Used Quest for shuttle service b/w Calgary International and Banff and they couldnt have made the experience any easier! We rode in their Escalade to Banff and thier 7-Series BMW from Banff and both were incredibly clean and well maintained. Our driver was courteous and professional and an all around great person to talk with for the 2 hour ride each way. Pricing was extremely comparable with using a taxi service for the airport transfer but in a much more comfortable/nicer vehicle. Will book with again when we return to Banff next year.

We rented a stretch limo for our daughters wedding. The pros; they were on time and the driver was courteous and professional. The cons: the limo was not very clean. There were grubby fingerprints on everything, footprints on the ceiling and when we got a bottle of water out of the mini fridge it was covered in something sticky and we had to wash our hands to get it off. That our daughter in her wedding dress on her special day had to ride in a dirty vehicle was a disappointment.

We had pleasure of using Quest Limos on our wedding day, driver was 10 mins early, he was courteous and helpful as on of our passenger had mobility issues, driver assisted every time getting in and out of limo. limo was nice & clean, communication was excellent via phone and email. I definitely recommend quest if you are looking for reliable limo service.

I found out my bride didnt book a limo for taking us for wedding photos after the ceremony. I literally called at midnight and booked a limo for three hours the next day. Super easy to book. Great staff. Only thing I would recommend would be that they make it easier to hook up music from a USB cable vs Bluetooth as it was complicated. Thanks guys!

Flawless experience as we recently booked for friends birthday. our driver was excellent and friendly. The limo we got was clean and comfortable and also stocked with water and ice. The only down fall is they dont accept Debit cards which is somewhat inconvenient. Overall a wonderful limo experience. Highly recommended

Ive been a client for quite a few months now, they pick me up at work and help me with my banking and every so often I will call them to drive me around town and to different functions. Always very polite, accommodating and if one vehicle isnt available, they will always offer me a back up plan. A great team of drivers!

Booked their limo service for my daughters grad. It was a last minute booking and I was so happy they could accommodate us! Driver was very prompt at arriving. Considering there was a mix of 17 and 18 year olds, its good to know they take their job seriously and have your kids well being in mind too.

Horrible customer service Left 3 women stranded downtown unless they paid an extra $200 to wait til they could get out of the Saddledome Paid$363.60 for a 35 min trip to the concert and then still hade to pay $200 to get home Scam scam scam
