I wasnt sure what I was going to experience with this dealership as my last buying experience was so negative that I had hesitations. I had bought from different dealerships in the past, but this took things to a whole new level for me. From the first email I knew that this was going to be a difference all together. Manny was awesome to work with and took my previous experience into consideration and had made arrangements for some things with my car that I hadnt really expected. Thank you so much :) Troy was understandingas my fiance had some concerns about the whole process as we had went through a trade before that ended in spending more than we had ever wanted to spend. He made sure to talk to both of us before I signed any papers to make sure we were all on the same page regarding the finances. Even when there was an error that I caught, they were quick to rectify the problem and gave me reassurance that they were really good at what they do and pride themselves in a positive customer experience. Thank you for your patience :) Mark was also great. Even though I didnt have a working relationship with him, he did make waiting times at the dealership enjoyable for me and my little boy. You are one of a kind :) I will forever be grateful for the buying experience that I experienced with Progressive Auto. I dread dealing with car dealerships.... However, the guys at Progressive were an absolute pleasure! From the moment Mark approached us, no suit, just dressed for comfort, I knew something was different. He was friendly and chatted with us about cars and various other things. He wasnt pushy in the slightest. He didnt try to make us go for a test drive, he didnt try to drag us into his office. He was 100% fine that we were just at the early stage of shopping. He printed out the details of the car we were interested in, wished us a good day and said dont hesitate to reach out if we needed any more information. This was great because it gave us time to go away and discuss as a family what we had seen and reach a decision without any pressure. We came back the next day, and after a good test drive signed up to purchase the vehicle. Mark didnt play games with us, he gave us a fair and reasonable trade in on our old vehicle and arranged for Progressives finance guy, Troy to set to work to find us a good deal. About 36 hours later we were back, picking up our new car and signing off on our finance which was at about half of the rate we had previously been paying. Weve had the car for almost a week now and the whole family love it! We would have no hesitation in recommending Progressive Leasing and Auto Sales, and from my own experience, Mark in particular, although I am sure all of the guys are great too.

Just want to let you all know its been a few months since I got my suv and I forgot to write a review but I really wanted to get the word out about how great these guys truly are. Let me just say how worried I was about going to talk with these guys but let me just say the experience Ive been through with the last place was a nightmare and Mark made me feel much better about going through them. When he says they are a no bullshit company he truly means this. He told me to go home and do my homework and I will see for myself what people have to say about this company and this is very true these reviews are real. I was shocked to see what people are saying so I had to get in here and write this about them. I needed anything for my suv they got it and made sure I was happy even after a few months. And a free oil change like who does this anymore best ever. Plus the guys at the shop were also super with me, gave me a rental car so they could get the warranty recall piece dealt with when, they so did not have to it was truly great experience and I will for sure be going back when its time to upgrade and Ive refer friends and family as they guys make you feel like your number one. Great job guys KM.

I had been looking for a car for nearly six months, not becuase i couldnt find cars i liked....but I am overly picky and wanted only the best car i could get and the best service...i had walked away from new car dealerships and used dealerships simply cause i did not like the sales team. I feel you can find a car anywhere, its not like there is a shortage of them. However there is a shortage of honost sales teams, i find (in any industry, not just the car world). I have met Mark a few times and finally went into the shop and found a couple of options for me...was all over the map of what i wanted to buy and within a week, Mark had found me a steller suv that was a better choice than what i was looking at. Prior to him suggesting what i get, he had met my family asked about our lifestyle and made suggestions...took his time when he could have sold me anything off the lot and sent me on my way with another sale...he did not do that...he made sure i got something that made sense to my lifestyle and ensured i would not get something i would regret. Phil was also amazing and being a part of this sale. I would suggest taking the time to go to this car lot.

We would definitely recommend Progressive Leasing and Auto Sales. We are from the UK and have very little experience of buying a car. We arrived in Calgary and jumped straight in. After visiting various dealerships we arrived at Progressive and our experience with Glen and Jason has been great. Glen allowed us to take our time and to think over our decision, which is a complete change to pushy car salesmen we are used to!. Progressive showed us the evidence that they had already spent a fair sum of money on the car before selling it. Progressive was the only dealership we visited that offered a 3 month or 3000KM warranty of the car - this only showed us that they were convinced they were selling us a decent car. We were clear from the outset we were taking the car to BC to register it and therefore it needed to pass the out-of-province inspection, however, when the car failed on one point, Jason and Glen went above and beyond and paid for it! We really couldnt ask for more, for our first experience buying a car abroad! Thank you Glen & Jason, keep up the good work.

We just bought our second vehicle from Progressive and couldnt be happier with both experiences. Both Glen and Troy were fantastically accommodating, taking the time out of their work days to pick us up at home and drive us to the dealership so we didnt need to pay for a taxi. Unlike other dealerships that hide a lot of fine details from you upfront or refer you to another department, the gang at Progressive is upfront and knowledgeable with details from the get-go. They go out of their way to point out any scratches or defects or past vehicle histories and tell you that they will all be taken care of, and encourage you to report any defects yourself so that the vehicle is good as new when you pick it up. The guys have decades of experience and pride themselves on being a family business and treat both new and repeat customers as part of their family as well. Other dealerships that Ive been to just treat the customer as a transaction; Progressive lives up to their name and really embraces the idea of a friendly and honest car dealership - yes, such a thing *can* exist!
