I was looking for a new mechanic who I can trust. After looking at reviews online I came across Prime Auto. I was amazed on their positive reviews. I figured i would give them a shot. from the initial point of contact to the moment i picked up my car has been amazing. I never dealt with such a professional mechanic shop before. He had emailed me a quote with details outlining each aspect of the job rather telling me a price over the phone which most people do. I felt like they went beyond for me. They informed me other problematic areas that i was unaware of but didnt need replacing at the time, just to keep an eye on it. my other experiences with mechanics is feeling the pressure to spend more money with them. Not once i felt like this with Prime auto. The best part was the prices. I couldnt believe how reasonable the prices were. I highly recommend this place.

I recently purchased new tires and wanted to get an alignment done so my tires dont get destroyed. I didnt want to spend $140+ so i started doing some research. One of my coworkers told me that prime auto recently opened up and I decided to give them a try. I was NOT disappointed. Got away with a $80 alignment. Shahzad (shop owner and lead mechanic) seemed very knowledgeable and mechanically inclined. He also provided me with basic education of how the alignment works and pointed out other things that could be a potential issue under the car. Overall it was a great experience. The shop was clean, well maintained and had proper equipment. As long as the prices stay decent I will be sending any cars for shop work here. (P.S- His wife is an extremely talented wedding/events organizer and decorator.)

Wonderful experience of getting the necessary repairs done on my IMPALA RB to make it winter worthy this year. Shahzad Pervez is a wonderful young auto professional, very passionate and customer focussed. Walked me step by step for the work required to be done with the material and labor costs. His Office Manager, wife Roheeda Pervez, runs the front office and takes care of the customers while they wait in the lounge with TV, free WiFi, water, coffee, soft drinks and cookies available. Thanks to the couple for a job well done and her graceful hospitality. Highly recommend Prime Auto Repair for all your auto maintenance. Well deserved 5 star rating.

I was looking for a place to do cheap alignments so I messaged a few people on kijiji, shahzad replied right away and booked me in for the following morning. Super friendly couple, his wife(her name escapes me) is just awesome you could sit there and talk to her all day. Price was very fair and when i was on my way home. I noticed my steering wheel was a touch off center. I called them back to see if they could fix it and to my surprise they told me to bring it back first thing next morning and they will fix it for me no problem. Definitely my new favorite shop will be coming back here whenever I need anything.

Shahzad is a very friendly and honest professional. He not only quoted me a very affordable price for summer tire change over but did not charge me anything extra given the fact that the job took longer than expected. Also when asked for his opinion if the summer tires needed to be replaced due to previous wear and tear, he advised that I could get away with another season with existing tires. This surprised me as in my past experience mechanics have tried to get me to replace tires even when they were perfectly fine just to rack up the bill. Highly recommeded to everyone.

Ive had them mount and balance tires for me with excellent results. Ive had them fix a leaky tire bead, and when it started leaking again a few weeks later (this is an old tire on a 36-year-old rusty steel rim), they were happy to properly redo it, no charge. I do 95% of my own vehicle repairs, but I would trust this shop to do what I cant do myself, and have recommended them to others.

Ive been taking my car to Prime for a few months now and I couldnt be happier. Shahzad is knowledgable and extremely accommodating. His patience is apparent when dealing with my endless questions. The shop in itself is clean, organized and super welcoming. Most waiting rooms drive me crazy and this one is comfortable and nothing less than refreshing. Check them out!

Some of the nicest people. Especially the shop owners wife. She is so so friendly and welcoming. When it comes to fixing cars, I got a used starter put into my 04 TL by Shahzad, never gave me any problems after whatsoever. Now as Im writing this review, Im back and Im sitting in their shop for my new Genesiss oil change.
