We parked at the Calgary Airport for the first time Mid January 2015. It was between Park2Go and Park and Jet. We chose Park2Go as they had the Valet option, prices were similar and we wanted the convenience of having the van running and warm when we got home. Will try Park and Jet next time! Although, we did not have a Disaster of an experience, it certainly was not a great one. When we arrived for drop off it was confusing for a first timer, not to mention it looked like you were pulling into a wrecker yard with cars everywhere without any real organized fashion. There was 3 lines of cars and I was directed to pull into one, then stood outside waiting for someone to direct me on what to do next. There was a shuttle sitting there waiting and the guy kept trying to get me to unload my bags into the shuttle. Since I had not been checked in yet, we opted to let that shuttle go and take the next one. When the next shuttle came and we were loading our bags and the shuttle driver seemed a little put off due to the amount of bags we had. Sorry, traveling with kids requires car seats and strollers. Once we were aboard, the driver asked which airlines everyone was using. Once we arrived at the Airport, the driver made a comment that it was lucky we were all getting off at the same drop off point, to find out that he completely drove past our airline drop off and we had to walk back. Not a big deal as we were quite early but still a fault for a VALET service. Return service was just as disappointing. I texted ahead for the van to be started as per the card that was given to us at arrival a week ago. We were directed by signage to the pickup point and found an unmanned kiosk without a shuttle. A young guy showed up and asked for us to pay for the service by credit card it we liked. He asked if we had AMA/CAA membership for discount, which we dont have, but I asked if there are any other discount available, none. Just a note that Park and jet offers a discount for any Auto Association Membership as per their website. When we arrived back at the lot, again it was like driving into a wreckers yard. There were cars parked everywhere (seemed unorganized) and not to mention very close together, untidy looking buildings (shacks) and equipment haphazardly parked throughout the lot. There was again 3 lines of running vehicles to which we were dropped off at the front of the lines and our van was at the back (we were 1 of 2 people/groups onboard). I had to get the kids off the shuttle and walk them to the van so that I could go back and get our bags. The van was started and the windshield had quite the build up of snow on it. Not sure how they drove it from where it was parked to the loading lines??? How hard would it have been to brush the snow off the glass, or did they brake hard and fast shifting all the snow from the roof onto the glass? Great way to break wipers by the way. By the time I got back to the shuttle the driver had unloaded all our bags to the slushy road in front of another vehicle and was closing the door to leave. I asked him to wait a second until I could confirm I had all my bags, which seemed to really ruin his day and throw off his schedule. Once we were finally loaded and ready to depart, I had to back my way out of the line and then squeeze through the other cars just sitting there waiting. There was no one visible at the drop off to give directions out of the lot or ask how the service was and out of the limited staff we did encounter during our whole stay, not one was smiling or happy. In my opinion, this is not a way to start or end any travel plans. Not to mention the $25 gift card offered in an email after the fact to BUY a POSITIVE rating on Google Reviews. Sorry Park2Go, although we received what was promised: off site valet parking with a running vehicle upon return, you FAILED in my books and we will park elsewhere next time.

Ive used Park 2 Go 10+ times this past year and overall Ive been very pleased with their service. ________PROS: 1) Very quick to drop off your car. No need to look for a parking spot. Simply pull up to the drop off area, show the attendant your reservation, leave your car key, take your bags and parking stub. Board the bus to the airport. Youll be at the terminal within 10 minutes. 2) Very quick to pick up your car. 3) Your car is started and warmed up when you arrive.____________ CONS: 1) One time (out of 10+ visits) the receipt was not waiting for me in the car. I had to go into the office to get it. (<-- This is why I am only giving 4 stars), 2) One time (out of 10+ visits) I had to wait 5 minutes for the return bus to arrive.___________TIPS: 1) Make a reservation in advance and bring your reservation with you. Speeds up the drop-off process. 2) While on the bus ride to the terminal take a picture of your ticket stub. 3) When you come home, text your ticket number as soon as your plane lands. (Remember once your plane is back on the ground you can start using your cell phone again.) 4) Sometimes the exit reader has a tough time reading the shiny till receipt left in your car. If this happens, just tear the cardboard tag off of your key ring and scan that instead. _________Given the negative reviews that Ive seen people post about this company, I did my own informal check to see if the parking attendants were putting excessive miles on my car. Out of the three times I tracked the miles, the distance put on while I was away ranged from 1.5 km to 2.2 km. Given the parking lot is ~400m x ~200m and that your car is often put into a temporary holding area before it is put into a stall....I would not consider this amount of mileage excessive or unreasonable.

Hello. I have used them in the past and have had good experiences, this time however that was not the case. I received my key back broken off at the fob when I returned from vacation last night. I just spoke to their manager and he said the key broke because it was old and that they arent responsible. It was fine when I dropped it off, but I dont claim to know about metal fatigue. Amar insisted that it was due to nothing they did. I then said I would appreciate at least a refund of my full fees I paid $74.71 as no one even told me that the key had been broken, I found out when I went out to my car to drive home (after I already paid). He said no. I said that I received horrible customer service when they didnt tell me what had happened, I had to discover it myself. He offered me a coupon for my next visit, like Id ever use them again. I said I wanted a full refund, he said no and offered 50% back. I again stated that they gave me horrible customer service and I wanted a full refund. He said no. These guys are jerks. The fact is that the key broke in their possession and they never even acknowledged it. All I am asking for is my money back for the stay, a whopping $74.71 and they wont even do that. How do companies get away with such crappy service? I mentioned that I was going to put this on Social Media and his response was go ahead I will put my version up to. That is fine, the bottom line is the key broke in your possession and no one told me it had happened AND still charged me full price, let me walk out to my car to discover it for myself. Metal fatigue is one thing, good customer service is quite another sir. Unfortunately they make you choose at least 1 star before you are able to post otherwise I would give them none.
