The company will RIP YOU OFF! Do not use them. I recently had the unfortunate experience with this company. I was a customer via an event that was going on. On the way out to the event the driver refused to listen to our directions on where we wanted to go. This had the effect of extending our trip time. They then wanted to charge overtime as a result. Additionally, our group accidently broke a hatch the limo. The tab was $1,100. We agreed to pay for that. In addition to that the company wanted to charge us an additional $400 "Just Because" Fee which was not actually an expense incurred by them OR part of the original service contract (I know because I asked to review all the contracts). I actually reviewed an e-mail where they stated "normally we would charge $1,000, but because its your "The event company" we will give you a break of $400" - the cost was completely made up. The company then charged the Event the entire balance of their highly fabricated and inflated invoice to the Event companies credit card that they had as a deposit and refused to accept my cheque. They were supposed to be dealing with me and getting payment from myself. I was willing to pay for actual costs, not completely fabricated damages. I am a lawyer in town and attend and host several social events a year. I have lots of experience with various companies in this industry. I will NEVER use them or recommend them! -

We needed both limo and sedan rental services for our wedding and on fairly short notice after another company canceled our reservation late and left us in the lurch. Having reached out to a number of Calgary limo providers, Pearl and her team were a delight to deal with. They responded promptly to us, had very clear quotes, and reasonable rates. Most importantly (to me) the various Paramount drivers we dealt with were always punctual and pleasant, and their cars were always very well looked after and clean inside and out (and Ive dealt with enough limo companies to know thats not always the case). Based on the excellent service we received, I would not hesitate to call Paramount again the next time were in the city - nor to recommend them to anyone else looking for limo or sedan rental in the Calgary area. Thanks Pearl and team, you helped make our day!

Although I cannot comment on the actual chauffeur or vehicles, I can say that Administrative staff Pearl has the worst phone skills I have ever experienced. Between condescending, confrontational comments, snide suggestions that we should use other vendors if they were giving us better deals, and doing the dishes while talking to me (a potential first time customer) on the phone - I honestly do not see how anyone would book with this company.
