I give 5 stars. Probably one of the most reliable and honest auto repair spots Ive been to. Ive been here numerous times and every time theyve given me an honest assessment and at a much better price than some other places in NORTH EAST area. Indrapal ( pal auto) is the owner of this garage and works with just one other person. Because this is a small garage, you can imagine that pal works very efficiently and as fast as he can. My whole family (plus extended) come to get work on all their cars. Ive brought my car several times for minor problems. My last issue was the O2 sensor. He didnt charge for diagnosis. He checked it out and I was in and out in about an hour and a half. He did leave the garage to go and purchase the part and he showed me the receipt when he got back. Because it is a small garage, pal does leave to go and pick up parts and other things himself. Who else is Gonna keep his garage running? Indrapal ( pal ) is great about explaining whats going on, and hes a genuinely nice guy the whole time. never rushes , never pushy. His patience and articulate explanations of mystery mechanics mean Ill bring every car I ever own here. and happily recommend him to everyone. I know. hiren

Definitely I will give 5star for the customer service.i spent the bunches of dollar on my car with previous auto repair shops but didnt work much.i tried this time pal auto repair and they fix my car in timely manner without any looted techniques (which I feeled with previous repair shops). All the mechanics are great and down to earth for customer service.my special thanks to PK and Kourdish.i have very old car but now I feel like I m driving a new car since these people made my car smoothly drivable. My special thanks to auto repair owner for his best guidance for the car. Definitely I will recommend to everyone who is reading this review to give a try with pal auto repair and I bet you not gonna any other mechanic shop for ur lovable car to fixing it. Keep up good work guys and I believe u gonna get up the line up for the customer in future. Cheers.....

My car was making a sound while running at higher RPM and the technician at PAL Auto said the wheel bearing is gone. They charged me $400 for changing this, but the sound was still there. I took it back to them and this time they said the brake rotor needs machining. With an additional $70 bill, they said it has been fixed. The fact was, the sound did not stop! I took my car to a different work shop and they showed me and explained that, not only the wheel bearing is a damaged one, but the hub in which the bearing sits, is also broken, probably while Pal Auto guys were trying to fix it. But I was kept in dark about this and now I had to change both bearing and hub again, by spending another $600. I heard similar experience recently from another friend as well.

Staff are amateurs. Owner is somehow unprofessional. I noticed that they take shortcuts when faced with difficulties fixing an issue. Various prices for different customers depending on how well you know the owner. At first the owner will give you good rates and throw some free stuff, but after a while he will jack up the rates to unreasonable levels. I went with another mechanic from now on.

I think the workers over there are immature. Non licensed and dont have any idea what they are doing. Owner is okay, but his worker PK is probably a frequent drug user. Will ruin your car 100% . Dont go to this mechanic shop. You will not save anything. I am in the process of filing an official complaint to AMVIC,

do NOT go there. Pal hired few kids and some junkies. they know absolutely NOTHING. they will ruin your car. Especially the kid named PK! STAY AWAY!! bunch of thieves.

Amazing Service. The Owner is the nicest guy ever i give it a 4 star.. Service was fast, The workers were great help. I rate it a 4 outta 5!
