I bought a vehicle from Ninth Avenue Auto just before Canada Day. My experience was very good overall. From Adam (the Salesman) to Kiran (the Finance manager) to Matthew (the general manager), they were all very easy to deal with, they were not pushy at all, they answered all my questions and they were open to hear my offers and thoughts on the car purchase. They met their promises and in few occasions I have felt their “excellent” customer service, for example I was late few minutes in one appointment and Kiran had to extend his working hours beyond 6 PM. The other occasion was when I came in few days after the purchase to ask some questions and Adam was there to help! The car was already sold to me and many others will not pay attention to the buyer anymore. I would not exaggerate if I said that this dealership is one of the best in town if not the best. One further thing worth mentioning is that the cars they bring in are all good value cars and good quality. Thanks guys for making my purchase transaction very smooth! I would highly recommend Ninth Avenue Auto to anyone willing to buy a vehicle in Calgary along with the peace of mind.

Initial experience was very positive, then the follow up was AMAZING! I bought a car for my wife back in Dec. 2014, a Mercedes Benz B200. Recently I received a call from 9thAve asking if all was well with the car and I replied that she loves it. Ah, but that was before the warm weather had started. Once it became warm we found that the air conditioning did not work. I called to mention this fact and was told to bring the vehicle in, no appointment needed. My wife brought it in, they looked at it and determined that it needed to be re-charged. As she had a baby with her, the guy offered to take the car to the shop, leave it there for a couple of hours and return it when done to the dealership. When done, they called her, she returned to the lot, picked it up and now its absolutely freezing! Fantastic service at no extra charge! Just one small issue...all through the service the guys continually referred to her by MY name {Kim...unforgivable :)} We are very impressed. I will not shop for a used car anywhere else. At least not as long as I live in Calgary.

Best Buying Experience! I purchased my car from Ninth Avenue Auto recently and had the best car buying experience with Matt and his team. My first impression was the quality of vehicles they sell, no stories and unpleasant surprises just good solid inventory. They carry a great selection of pre-owned from budget friendly to luxury at very competitive prices versus new car dealers. Secondly is the no pressure and highly knowledgable sales staff. Rick showed me the vehicle that best suited my needs and was a pleasure to work with. Matt was professional and knowledgable, he completed the buying process quickly and I had my new car the very next day. Overall I recommend Ninth Avenue Auto to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle, in fact I cant think of a reason why everyone shouldnt buy from them.

Purchased a vehicle here. The first time I try to unlock my car prior to the purchase the alarm sounds because the electronics in the key werent working. This happened every time I tried to unlock my car. This little default had never been mentioned. The car was already unlocked when I picked it up. After I found out about this I went back to mention that the alarm goes of every time i open my car. I then got set-up with a locksmith that was going to help me fix the key. After meeting up with the locksmith, I brought the receipt back to the shop to get my money back for the fixing of the key. I was then told that this was not their problem as the car was like that when they had acquired it. Again there was no mention of this default prior to the purchase.

I went down to Ninth Ave Auto to check out a BMW they had and spoke to Adam. He was super nice and low pressure. We spent A LOT of his time looking at the car and test driving it. We didnt end up buying it because it wasnt the colour that my wife wanted. Adam told me that hed watch out for one that was exactly what we were after. We ended up going to another dealer where we were rushed through to process and pushed into buying which I now firmly regret. Next time we go to buy a car well go back to Adam.

I told Matt what I was looking to pay per month and he came up with a payment structure that would get me into the vehicle I wanted, as well as stay within my budget. The staff at 9th AVE Auto were great to deal with. Brian, Adam, Matthew, Kiran, professional, friendly, courteous and made the whole process seamless. I was able to trade in my vehicle and acquire another one off the lot. It was a fair deal and Im satisfied. I have driven by frequently and after this experience I recognize why they are an award winning dealership. Matt was attentive and helpful and I was continually impressed with how quick he turned around any inquiries that I had. I also ended up buying some accessories through him and he was very helpful in that department as well.
