Never the right parts. Booked weeks in advance, confirmed two days before and when I show up they cant even find the truck. Then they dont know what they are doing despite A TEN PAGE EMAIL IN DETAIL WITH PARTS LISTS AND FULL INSTRUCTIONS!! parts where never ordered, despite confirmation from and by Ryder with their wonderful staff that "all is in order" three days and $2400 loss. More recently parts where ordered and sent by their delivery service. Should have ordered delisio, outer own mechanics had to go and get the parts they forgot to send and refused to go out again to correct their mistake! Another night down the drain. Thank freight liner Calgary. No wonder the CNTL drivers go to Prince George because the service in Calgary Edmonton and Vancouver is the shlitz.

Arrived at opening time with a fried starter in the truck. They had the truck in the shop within an hour and the repair completed before lunch time. This at a time when they were obviously quite busy. The driver lounge area has free coffee, free shower and laundry facilities. When your truck is ready, orbif therebus a status change, they call you and inform you, no need to walk down to get progress reports. Its one if the best experiences Ive had at a repair shop. A professional group and so very different from experiences Ive had in Calgary at other Name Brand shops in the past.

Terrible service need over one week to change 2 injectors try to sell a set of Batteries for 550$ "we test yours and they are gone" Interstate test them and they was fine just drained ...... someone from shop let the indoor light on.... play on the ecm around and reset it for nothing ... the most settings was wrong when we get the truck back .. tire rpm/mil, wrong axle ratio, speed Governor wasnt set......

Had a wonderful experience with all the staff. I even met with top level management, and they were extremely accommodating, helpful and kind. They truly are there to make the experience as easy as pie! Added bonus, they even have popcorn! Great prices, and just an overall great experience. I will be definitely going back! Unless you have bought your trucks from them the service is mediocre. On the other hand their technicians are well trained and the service reps are friendly and helpful. There is a drivers lounge and free popcorn and coffee. In summer they offer popsicles and freezees.
