Stellar service and work. As a woman without a whole ton of knowledge of the inner works of a car (I know this and that), my fear is always getting swindled or upsold on things I dont need. I had heard wonderful things about Napa Autopro on 24th from a neighbor and decided to try it out as it was close to home. The work they did was thorough. I was pleasantly surprised each time that they did not try to sell me anything I didnt need - but made recommendations on when I should address issues like brake pads, fluids, etc. There was no pressure, no upselling and they fixed my car in record time. Called Rob and he was very flexible. Told me to bring the car in whenever. Always was done same day. Explained everything thoroughly over the phone. Great staff and great service. They will even drive you home! You pay a bit more, but the job is done right the first time. No need to worry that you may be sold something you dont actually need. These guys are my mechanic of choice. A+

I brought my Truck to this place to have them replace my powers tearing hose ITWAS the ONLY ISSUE!! when I go and pick it up there is a puddle of antifreeze underneath. I go back in and the Rob or who ever it was told me that "I must have been parking on a hill" thats why I did not notice it leaking. now all I can smell is rad fluid. not only when he handed me the bill (beforeI realized my truck was leaking) he gave me my bill and told me and took pictures of the other issues I had and gave me a card from a muffler shop.. Now I have to get my hope rad hose replaced..what a jerk to try and take advantage of someone the WORST is I went there becuase of the rating on this page LESSON leaned!! YOU SUCK GATEWAY NAPA!!!!

Three times now I have showed up when the gas station opens (530am), used the key dropbox (safe and handy), and had a phone call by 8-9am regarding the issue and an estimated cost of repair. All three times the work was completed the same day by 5pm. Also, these guys troubleshoot, they find the problem and fix it, they dont just keep trying random things and fix by process of elimination. Highly recommend, and I am mad at myself for not going here sooner as I live in Woodbine and have let my car manufacturer hose me for years.

Been here twice. Once for entire brake replacement/brakeline replacement and another time with an oil leak. They got both visits done within 24 hours each and stayed true to their quote. Honest guys. Previously: Took my car to Corrados last week, they spent 4 days trying to replace my alternator and battery, then charged me $1300 at the end of it all. If you get a smaller quote somewhere, just beware they might go over that quote to get you in. NAPA in woodbine will be true with their quotes. Trust these reviews people!

The service that Ive received here over the last five years is nothing short of incredible! Rob - the owner - is very competent, honest and a straight shooter. Theyve done quick one-offs for me in the past, and have always been thoughtful of my budget when doing large work. Theyre fast, theyre friendly, and theyre my mechanic of choice! Definitely worth shopping here.

Great honest and transparent service! Rob, the owner is really knowledgable and will never give up until your problem fixed and it wont cost you any extra or even anything until you are completely satisfied with the work done! Ive been going there for years and have always had great, honest service. A few years ago, my daughter took her ancient Honda to them and Rob immediately found a loose wire which was causing the problem. He fixed it and sent her on her way. NO CHARGE. Took my Jeep Liberty in for a new rad after getting a quote over the phone. Work was finished early and a few dollars under quoted price. Didnt try to charge or sell me anything extra as other shops do like reading codes. Highly recommended local shop.

Not cheap, but thorough. They have a trustworthy "feel", and Ive taken a car there twice with acceptable results. Seems like theyd rather do it right at a higher price. Which isnt so bad.
