Awesome Service! I came in from another shop with electrical problems. I explained what was happening and that I have spent way too much already trying to fix these issues. They took my car right away and called me a few hours later with the suggested repairs. I was totally surprised at how professional they were with what they found. I feel that the other shop should have found the problems but the Guys at CN never once suggested the other shop made a mistake. He explained what needed to be done and how much it cost. I was still a little skeptical but really needed my car fixed. So I went ahead with the repairs. When I showed up to get the car the bill was Exactly what was quoted over the phone! Not only that, they wash and cleaned my car for free! What a nice surprise. It has been several months now (just wanted to be sure it actually fixed the problem) and my car has never run better. I really appreciated the follow up phone call! Thanks Denis! I will definitely be back.

On my brothers recommendation, I took my car to CN Auto Repair, when my other garage was booked solid for a week. Im so glad I did. Denis and the crew there have taken care of me for a few years now, and keep my old boy purring. Ill go in for a tire swap, or an oil change, and if they see something that they think needs work, they let me know. But they also let me know how long I could go before the repair is absolutely necessary. Their quotes match their prices exactly. They call me if anything unexpected comes up (like my car being done earlier than they estimated). And they clean my car inside and out, at no extra charge, and I always find a couple of courtesy water bottles in the console. As long as they are in business, theyll be the only place I take my car for work.

I am a small business owner and was looking for someone I could trust to fix our trucks. I found CN auto and really like the way they take the time and explain what the problem is, how it happened, and if there is any thing we can do in the future to prevent it. They took pictures and showed me what was going on under my vehicle so I did not have to go under and get dirty. I also find them very accommodating when I have a truck that needs to be fixed right away they do what they can to get us going as soon as possible. P.S. I love the candy chocolate dish up front, sorry if you have to refill it after I leave.

These guys are absolute crap.. I had an appointment with them for today, I had called them and let them know I would be late, and when I got there they were just so uptight, like they did not care for my business.. N literally asked me to come back another day and if not look for another place to get the car fixed, which I did.. Went next door to Allmakes auto repair and they were absolutely amazing .. Do not go to these stuck up idiots at Napa.. Who thinks they know it all, they were the worst experience I had in Calgary.. Do not .. I repeat.. Do not go here ..

I have been going to CN Auto for a few years now. They have gone out of there way for me several times and got me all fixed up. The one thing I really appreciate is that they always give me a quote for the needed work and so far they have always kept to it. The shop is very clean and they always clean my car after any work. They also provide shuttle service which is a very nice thing when I only have one car. Thanks Guys :)
