I needed some work done on the front end of my vehicle and I saw a Groupon for a discounted alignment. Knowing that most front end work will require an alignment, I bought the groupon. I took it in and worried of the cost for the entire repair. I got the call and despite the work that needed to be done, the cost was pretty good. Of course they gave me the laundry list of things to fix, but they made sure I knew that those were secondary to what actually NEEDED to be done. I left very satisfied. Fast forward a couple days and I notice the Bluetooth Headset that I usually hang on my rearview mirror, isnt there. Of course, now Im thinking the worst and wonder how Im going to go about demanding a replacement. But I find out they put it in my glove box because they didnt think it was safe to leave in site. I must say, they went over and above and Ill definitely be going back there. Friendly, timely service, honest, and they go the extra mile.

This shop offered a deal on Dealfind/Team Buy for an Oil Change Package. I had to make an appointment 3 weeks in advance because they only had certain times available for this package. We dropped off our car there for the appointment and left it overnight which was 5 hours prior to the closing. We went to pick it up this morning and the guy at the counter told us they didnt have time to do it yesterday as we were just a delfind deal and not an actual customer! Talk about bad customer experience! He did tell us though if we wanted to leave the car there for the day they would find time to squeeze it in because it only takes 30 minutes.... Anyway now we need to get an oil change somewhere else because I certainly will not be bringing my 2 cars there!

Not a very good experience. I had a special $40 from dealfind but had to pay $20 extra for the van. It included oil change, filter, 40 check points and interior vacuuming. I had to leave my car there for the whole day. When they called me to pick up the car, they told me that my fan belts need to be replaced and my transmission need to be flushed (another $250). As far as I know, I replaced the fan belts 2 years ago and regularly change out my transmission fluid. The detailing job that they did was bad as they did even vacuum my van completely. I was paying them something like $80 at the end of the day which I think is a bit too much for an oil and filter change.

Brought it in to get some things fixed and I picked it up to find damage to the interior of my truck and things that worked when I brought it in now do not work. I had my oil pan and shift shaft gaskets and seals done and I am not sure if they even used a gasket because off all the silicone sticking out of the sides. Then my rear wiper wasnt working so I wanted it fixed as well, they got a new motor and that didnt work so they had to send it to ford for wiring issues and I paid about 300+ for the repair and my rear wiper STILL doesnt work. Honestly TOO many issues to write them in here. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!

Went to get the scratch repaired in the hood of my car. After a long two day wait went to pick up my car. The scratch was repaired and the paint job was done well. The only problem was over 100 dimples visible through the paint. Which were not visible before the started working. They told me, "its old rock chips that appear visible after repainting it." My only concern is that for the price I payed, I would assume they would tell me this before starting the job. Therefore I could have had them deal with this issue during the process. Overall experience was expensive and slow.

Great customer service, great price, no issues with the repair that was done, and they completed the job in 35 minutes when I expected it to take 2 hours! They charged me a third of what Toyota quoted me for the exact same job, so Id definitely recommend coming here! It looks like older reviews are quite bad, but the reviews from the last few months are much better...perhaps a recent change in management for the better.

If you ever decide to do your own oil changes, good luck. These guys dont give 2 craps about torque specs and tightened the oil drain bolt super tight. Also they recommend that i do a Tune up when I just had one done the week prior. Just trying to make money off you. Last thing, do you ever wonder why these guys are on teambuy or groupon? Because they couldnt get any service otherwise

Knowledgeable mechanics. Staff at the front desk was very friendly. I dropped of my truck for repairs, it was gonna b while for it to be fixed so they gave me ride to my work. I thought that was really kind of them to do that. They did the repairs on time and very coast effective. I would recommend all my friends to go there for any issues with your vehicles.

I had been in with two vehicles several times and I find that the service is quick and exceptional and they have very competitive rates. Highly recommended!

Worst time of my life dealing this them! Wakes me up at 7 am to tell me I need at least 7 different things done with car. That I already had done at the dealer ship. They rip you off dont do it. Take it somewhere else.

This shop offered a Groupon for "professional" vehicle cleaning / detailing. What a complete waste of money. Terrible job. Will never go back. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place - totally untrustworthy.

Abusive. They took the Grupon coupon. Charge extra $5 and did not change anything. The same burnt oil before and after. But hey! at least they did not broke anything. So i just, run, run away from there.

worst experience ever. They changed my car engine oil and did the tire rotation in September 2015. They broken two of bolt stud and nut. They fixed it for him but their attitude was really bad.
