We approached Scott to rent an off-road vehicle to help us set up a running race course in Cochrane. He had the most amazing Ranger EV for us! It was completely silent, battery operated, but had power to get up the steepest hills and the charge lasted all day! It was amazingly agile, with a great turning radius. I honestly dont know how fast it would go, as I was too chicken to floor it!! We had so many compliments from passers-by as we whisked down the pathways. I thought it was a great environmental solution, using electricity to power the vehicle, instead of gas. The best thing was its silence (because we were on the town paths at 4:30 in the morning!!). And the icing on the cake was Scotts refusal to accept payment for the rental!! What an amazing community citizen! We are so grateful to Scott and the team at Mountain Toys Polaris for the use of this incredible machine! Thank you so much from the gang at Footstock!!

Not even worth one star!!! These guys are only here to take your money and thats it. When i bought my new 2016 Polaris Razor and "supposedly new" trailer. The trailer was not new. It had rust and the lights were not even working properly, they said to drop off the trailer and theyll take a look at it. They had the trailer for a week and never did anything with it until i came to pick it up (which was an hour drive by the way) cause they told me it was ready to be pick up but when i showed up I had to wait 1 1/2 hrs for them to fix it (which they did not even fix the problem). On top of that i ordered a new steering column for my RZR 10 months ago still have not received it or even a call from them once (its under warrenty). Also on top of all that bullshit i bought a seat slider the same day i bought the rzr from them and they sold me the wrong one that wont even fit my rzr. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE IDIOTS!!!!

I was in a bind and it was a day before the long weekend and your team had me out playing in the mud with my friends for the weekend. Scott was even there at 7am on Friday for me to pickup my tires as they were ready to go. Scott even set me up with a spare tire that very same morning. From when I walked in the door I was treated like a friend not a customer.They answered all my questions then walked me threw all the options available for the machine so I could make my decision knowing what was available, after a short sit down decided my options and there you have it. Then two days later it was all put together and I picked it up all washed up and ready Thank you Andrew and staff for the great work you did on my machine.

We are in the market for a Polaris 550 and had excellent communication with Andrew that was prompt and courteous. Unfortunately, the Polaris promotion ended before I could settle in and decide for this year. Of all the dealerships contacted, Mountain Toys seemed to be the most interested in responses and followup, offering honest information around promotions and price of the machine as well as excellent inventory. Well be back.

Dont get your hopes up that service at this place is good. Its like every other dealer ever founded...you get 5h!tty service. Stuff only gets done if you hound them, and its still done last minute. The staff isnt friendly and treat you like a pric if it looks like you dont have $. Oh, and you might get double charged. I only buy from here cuz its convenient. Fail (I guess theyre doing the best job they can though).

“ABOVE AND BEYOND GUYS!!! AWESOME!!! Sadly I have not riden as much as I would of liked this year...HA...But the few miles I have put on...well I love the bike. So ya huge thanks for waiting after hours for me to get down there to pick it up.
