I recently purchased a new vehicle from Jody at Marlborough Ford and it was such a great shopping experience. This is my familys third vehicle purchase from him because he just provides such an exceptional, hassle-free shopping experience and wants to work with you to get the best deal possible that makes sense for both parties. No gimmicks and no games, thats it. Jody is very attentive to what your needs are in the vehicle youre looking for, and will show you model(s) that fit in your criteria (whether that be based on model, price, performance, etc.). I couldnt be more happy with my vehicle and Ford has come a long ways with their brand & product. I cant write enough great things about him because he was such a pleasure to deal with and never once was I pressured to buy at any point. The whole car-buying process can be intimidating, but if youre looking at Fords specifically (which I highly recommend now, and this is coming from a guy that has converted over from luxury German automakers) then I implore you to make a visit to Marlborough Ford. This is the only place you need to go for your Ford-fix and be sure to ask for Jody. You wont regret it and it will be a smooth car-shopping experience. Although some of you folks may read this review and think its too positive of a review, I am merely just speaking words of truth. A+ overall for the whole experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Jody to deal with to any of my friends and family. This is our third vehicle purchase in our family and that says it all right there. Also, this is a testament to how great of a person he is to deal with. His 10+ years experience definitely has something to do with that. Maybe Marlborough Ford should adopt that cliche small business phrase of: "satisfaction guaranteed" and use that as their catch-phrase. I think it highly suits them well! Thanks for reading my review. Cheers. UPDATE - Aug. 8/14 This is an update to my review I wrote a few weeks ago for the purchase of my new vehicle. I recently been having some minor cosmetic issues with the car and brought it back. Without any hassle, Jody and Darren Jacula (Sales Manager) helped me out. They had referred me to one of their contacts for some minor scratch repair on the plastic portion of my bumper and he did a marvelous job at a very reasonable price. Also, today I noticed a slight issue with the alignment of my front passenger headlight and brought it to the dealership. Upon arrival, Darren got the body shop to look after it right away, no questions asked. All-in-all, it was real quick and I was out the door and on my way again in 30-minutes. Darren and Jody are true professionals and the post-sale service theyve provided has been phenomenal. With our familys two prior vehicle purchases, I never had any minor issues come up so this is the first time that Ive had to come back post-sale (before the schedule service dates) and I was skeptical if they would provide me with the same level of attentiveness and service. I was blown away that they still attended to me as if I was a new customer and I cant say enough good things about them two. It seems as if they are into building a great business relationship and truly are trying to look out for their customers best interests, and that the customer is not just another sales figure. They seem genuinely interested in building a trusting, long-lasting relationship with their customers and that is the impression I get whenever I drop-in the dealership. Again, if youre shopping for a Ford vehicle, just do yourself a favor and go to Marlborough Ford. You cant beat the great experience and service. I am lucky that theyve treated me so well to this point and they now have a customer for life right here. Thanks, Marlborough Ford! Cheers!

I came to Canada from Europe a year ago and spent the last year in British Columbia. I was dealing with many dealerships from many different companies. I cant recommend this dealership to anyone. That was by far the worst service quality I ever experienced. I set the appointment to install the block heather and hood protector in my car, and when I came (30 kms one way) a few days later I was informed that they dont have any block heather in stock. I was asked to pay for one to bring it from the warehouse in Edmonton. I was waiting for like 20 minutes because the terminal for the credit card "is going crazy on regular basis". Great. Finally I somehow paid for the part and didnt hear even a single "Sorry". I asked if I can also pay for the hood protector right away and expect them to keep one in stock until my next appointment as I wanted to have those two things installed at once. I was informed that there is no such need, as the hood protector is in stock and will be installed during my next visit as long as I will pay for it. Well, ok. They called me a few days later and we scheduled another appointment on another Saturday. I bought the hood protector and asked them to install it as well. To my surprise I was informed that the service cant install such device and I should set separate appointment with the parts department to have one installed! After all they tried to charge me for the parts that were already paid during my first visit...and this time it took like 15 minutes to clear the situation. ...and again, no "sorry" whatsoever. Did I mention that the initial quote for the service and the final costs are two, different stories....lets say that twice much different. Never again. Save yourself time and stress. UPDATE: two weeks later I received a phone call from the dealership with the following question: "The block heather is ready to pick up - when will I come?". Great job people!

I was chagrined to find my 2008 Ford Fusion completely dead one morning last week while I was visiting my daughter in Calgary, and planning to leave the next day for a trip to Moose Jaw. It was especially disconcerting since I had a new battery! When I had the car boosted by the AMA, the driver indicated to me that I likely had an electrical problem that would have to be dealt with by the dealer. Since I have always taken my car to the dealer in my hometown of Edmonton, I decided to take it to the nearest Calgary dealer--Universal Ford. I explained my problem and the fact that I was afraid to turn the car off since it might not start. The woman I talked to said she could get my car in for diagnostic testing next Thursday, which was a full week away. When I again stated I was from out of town and in the middle of a car trip, she told me to go to Marlborough Ford, and maybe they would help me! I was not impressed, but went to Marlborough Ford. What a difference! Nick introduced himself, listened to my problem, and worked diligently to provide a quick solution. He was able to get the diagnostic started that afternoon, and while they were not able to fix my car right away because they needed to order parts, I am confident that he did everything he could to get it done quickly. I was fortunately able to borrow my sons car in order to complete my trip to Moose Jaw, and by the time I got back to Calgary this week my car was ready to be picked up, and appears to be running very well now. I am so grateful to Nick, and to the mechanic who worked so hard to get me back on the road quickly. Many thanks!
