Buyer beware: do not use these guys to do any paint repairs. Their NE location did work for me twice and it was bad each time. The first time they worked on some paint repairs to the rear quarter panel on my Z06. The car was for sale so the longevity of the work wasnt a priority for me. The problem was the over-spray all over the underneath of the car. I spent a couple hours trying to get rid of it. Total lack of care. Unfortunately I went back with another car to do a small paint repair on the front fender around the wheel well - a manufacturing defect that saw the paint peel off. First, they didnt totally match the paint and only told me after the fact that they werent able to do it; it was close but not quite the same. The repair looked fine for a few months but all of the paint is peeling off after only 9 months. I complained to the owner and was told that a) they use paint that is water based and as soon as a rock hits the repair and water gets in, the paint will peel off (great! which car doesnt get hit by any rocks??) and b) there is no warranty on any repairs unless the owner takes precautions to protect the repaired area, like applying clear film, installing mud flaps, etc. How many cars have mud flaps?? And how many owners would apply 3M film to repaired area, like the door, quarter panel, etc.? Basically they put a couple of caveats on the receipt so when the shoddy job starts to deteriorate quickly, there is no recourse. $400 dollars wasted and I have to get the repair done again. Dont waste your money and go to a real body shop.

This company did a horrible job on my car. 1. They drove my car without giving me a notice from this location to NE location (They have two different locations SE & NE). Nobody told me that they need to drive my car to the other location. They told me when I picked up my car from repair. If someone told me earlier about this then I would drop my car NE not SE. 2. He told me that if Im not satisfied with what they did, he can do touch-up so I called him to make an appointment and he refused to make one for me. If hes not going to offer touch-up service then why he ever mentioned this type of service in the first place? Its different from what they advertise on their website. My car came back with uneven surface and the colour is not even matching.

Make sure you take pictures of your car before you leave it there. I had a scratch which they did a pretty good job. but there were a couple of small chips which i didnt have. It was my mistake of not taking pictures and i knew for a fact that those werent there before i left the car. The person working/owning that place didnt admit and was in denial mode. Plus, they asked me to leave the car for the day but asked couldnt do the job and asked me to pick it up after a day. Had to make arrangements of car rental which they didnt offer. Either be on schedule on make up for the loss, i believe thats how it should be. Workmanship is good but need to improve on customer service.

Careful, What they quote may not be what they want you to pay!. Ive got a quote to repair three scratches on my car. That same day I said I was going to do just one of the three for now and do the other two in the future. I double check by phone the cost of the single repair and agreed to $360. They gave me an appointment 3 weeks later. When I got there they told me the new price was $420 because it was "part of a package". I did not let them do the work... Who knows how much they would have tried to charge me after the work is completed! Do not trust them!

Micropaint is great. I have taken my vehicle to them twice. Once to fix a huge dent in my door after a car backed into my truck. Another time was to repair some rust that had started on the box. Each time there were up front with the cost of the repairs and they stuck to the quoted price. For this reason I feel very comfortable recommending them to anyone that needs body work done on their vehicle. Their facility is always clean, neat and seems very organized. Its amazing that when you walk in it doesnt even smell of paint or chemicals like some body shops.

I had borrowed A friends Corvette and shame to say I tried to drift it (wouldnt you if a cute girl was driving behind you??) on a wet road and lost control. Smashed part of the Fiberglas wheel well. Took it to a gmc stealership and was quoted over $10,000. Then took it to mps and was quoted a little less than a third of what gm wanted. When the work was completed you couldnt tell that that area had been scratched let alone damaged to the extent that it had. High quality work at fair price. Couldnt ask for more.
