The headlights on my vehicle had quite significant "fog" build up. I was concerned about this for driving visibility. I visited other auto body shops in the city which quoted me 2 hours shop labour rate or roughly about $140 dollars to "refinish" the headlights. One shop recommended I replace the headlights which would cost about $100 for each side! When I took my vehicle to MP Auto Body, Sean (the owner) explained to me that they could apply the micropaint process to do a "headlight rejuvenation". He quoted me about $75 to do both sides which was half of what other shops were charging! He even said that he could do it on the spot and I could just wait for it to be finished. I waited about 20 minutes and they came out good as new! I did not have to replace the headlights after all! I found the entire process quick and easy. Honestly, I dont know too much about cars, but I found that Sean was more than helpful and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I brought in the other quote from another shop because they have a price match promotion, not only did they beat the price by half, but took an extra $5 off for bringing in a competitors quote. One of my fog lights is cracked and broken. I was told I could not get that done on the spot because a part had to be ordered. I will be sure to return for that to be done. I would highly recommend MP Auto Body!

Fantastic five star service! I got into a minor auto accident and backed into a guys Toyota Tacoma with my Tacoma. My hitch dented his bumper, and his front grille was also cracked. I wanted to pay for the guys repair out of pocket instead of going through insurance as it was below $2,000 damage, and the police officer we spoke to even recommended going that route. I called MP Autobody, and I sent in pictures of the damage to his truck via e-mail. They responded within an hour with their quote. They quoted me for about $380 for everything. I was very pleased with MPs quote, because a few years ago my own Tacoma had the front bumper damaged in a hit and run accident, and Boyd Auto body had quoted me $1,050. Sean, the manager, explained to me that since the bumper was dented in a portion that was not painted, but complete plastic, they would have to replace the whole part. They were very reasonable in what they charged me for installation labour, so I ended up only paying about $340 in the end; lower than their initial estimate. They finished everything in half a day. Once they installed the new parts, the guy could not even tell anything ever happened. MP Autobody are honest, reliable people, and theyre affordable. If you ever get into a collision, or need something on your car fixed, be sure to stop by and see them first.

My SUV was hit in a slow-speed accident coming out of a driveway and unfortunately, multiple panels were damaged including the bumper, fender, and hood of my Ford Explorer. I got multiple quotes from different auto repair shops in Calgary and they all came in around $2,000 AND they said they would need to keep my car for a week, which meant I would have needed a rental car. I found MP Auto Body and Sean was very friendly and explained the repair process thoroughly. He said they would use the Micropaint process to preserve the original factory paint and that they would only paint only the affected areas. Every other auto body shop I contacted for a paint repair quote in Calgary wanted to paint the entire panel to fix a small amount of damage! Since its a company car I couldnt have it off the road for an entire week. Sean told me they would get everything done same-day...and they delivered! Plus they came in under all the other quotes by about $900, which kept my insurance premiums from skyrocketing. I am not exactly a car person, so having a trusted auto body shop is a huge relief for me in case something like this happens again. The finish looks great – I can’t even tell anything happened to my car! Their service was fast, cost-effective, and very high-quality! I highly recommend MP Auto Body Repair!

Had someone door ding my SUV leaving a scratch and dent on the crease of my passenger door. Not a substantial ding but impairing in that... I love my vehicles and it drives me nuts seeing it. I brought it in and Sean had a slot for the same day. In by 9am out by Noon (for my issue) and I cant even remember exactly where the dent was. I honestly cannot tell the difference with the fix. Flawless fix. Plus it came in under the cost of the estimate. Thanks much. Hopefully I wont have to come back, but if something happens again I will return for sure.

I took my A4 for a bumper scuff repair, the paint used for the repair was not even close to matching, my car is white and they painted it a cream color. I took it to a "real" body shop and they said the job from Micropaint was terrible, so now I am paying twice for a "proper" job. Do not use these guys if you care at all about how your car will look.

I had some scratches on my new car that I wanted to fix up, micropaint quoted us the lowest price (one shop quoted more than double for the same work). I was very pleased with the work they did, cant even tell where the damage was. It was also nice that my car was ready so quickly, well before 5pm that day (as was guaranteed).

I have used MP a few times, mostly for minor scratches or scuffs. They do an amazing job! There is no evidence that a scratch existed, and it costs far less than going to a traditional body shop. If you want to keep your vehicle looking like new, go see these guys!

the service was fast and the quality of service was reasonable. i didnt like that they increased their online quote and claimed the work need more labour, although i had provided three photos of damage to them.

I was so impressed with the final results of this job - I actually thought that their advertisement had to be false, but it isnt!
