I had the opportunity to work with Eren on the trade and purchase of my new Countryman JCW. From the outset, Eren was attentive without being pushy. His questions were genuine in that they were simply trying to help me to clarify my driving needs, regardless of the brand of vehicle. He was patient as we looked an numerous models in the inventory, both new and used. At one point, Eren had insight into a possible excellent value trade-in. When the unit did come in, our shared inspection resulted in dismissing it as a viable option. Eren, a Mini owner, pointed out a few details that we both agreed were less than optimum. Knowing the retail price of the vehicle I chose, I was able to create an acceptable offer to present to him and the dealership that fairly recognized my trade-in value. The sales closing was no-pressure and the Dealership assisted in my registering the vehicle saving me a trip to the registry office. If you are considering an urban friendly, yet highway capable vehicle, I would recommend you look at the new Minis offered through Mini Crowfoot. During the many hours I spent at the showroom over the four week period I was purchasing I got to observe many of the sales team and they all appeared to demonstrate the positive attitudes and approaches that Eren displayed. That said, you still might want to check in with him. I would offer one insight, which has nothing to do with Eren, or Mini Crowfoot, but with Mini itself. Given the market demographic this vehicle is pointed toward, one would assume that the buyer will have a newer smart-phone, and often an iPhone or iPod. A positive inclusion by the manufacturer would be to provide you at no charge (or hidden charge) the appropriate data link cable to match your entertainment with the vehicle system. Given all the attention to other details, this would seem like a no-brainer. (I understand that Mini is continuing to refine their technology systems, but in the meantime, these small lifestyle issues can be addressed more pro-actively from the manufacturer level.) Thus, if you are purchasing a Mini, talk about the connectivity and how Mini-Crowfoot could help you meet your expectations.

My wife and I were in search for a car to replace her current car. We werent really familiar with the brand so we decided to just pop in and see if we could talk to a sales associate. We were greeted by Eren and our first impression was that he was courteous and welcoming and he even showed us the underground garage where all the cars are kept. He got us acquainted with the Mini line-up and we kind of got an idea of what we were interested in. We told him we would think about it and maybe contact him if we wanted to test drive one. Despite the positive experience, at this point, we were uncertain about getting a Mini mainly due to the cost comparable to other cars we were cross-shopping. Later on in the week Eren contacted us to come in and get a trade appraisal for our current vehicle and long story short, he swayed us in the direction of getting a Mini. We did not feel pressured at any time and his patience and willingness to find something we could be happy with financially and functionally, convinced us to close a deal on a pre owned 3 door Mini Cooper. The test drive didnt hurt either. :) The only hiccup we experienced in this process was upon pick up of the car. When we had closed the deal, the dealer had agreed to fix a scratch on the car. When we picked the car up, it was not complete and the suggestion was for us to bring the car to a third party body shop that they use for repairs and that we could handle everything through the shop. In principle we did not agree as we believed the car should have been ready at the agreed-upon date and we felt we should not have been inconvenienced with something that should have been completed upon delivery. The positive that came from this is that through discussions with Matt, the sales manager, he had agreed to fix the car and take care of everything, and he had done so in a professional manner. He was relatively easy to get a hold of and in the end we were satisfied in the way they handled this issue. We are now enjoying our Mini and its safe to say we would likely come back to shop for a new Mini in the future.

Before I drove a Mini, I hated shopping for cars. But I dont feel like that now. Having just picked up my second Mini, I can honestly say its always a pleasure dealing with these guys. From the service department to the finance department, Im always pleasantly surprised by the service - whether its Paul in Service sneaking me in for a last minute appointment because I was worried about a noise under the hood and then topping up my levels just a courtesy....or if its Boaz in the Finance department and his crew taking care of getting my insurance transferred over to the new vehicle and getting my registration sorted (not to mention paying my unpaid parking tickets for me too - I paid them back:)...Im just always impressed and feel like Im in good hands. Its obvious how much pride the team has in their work and in the Mini brand, itself. As for the purchase of my new 2016 Mini, Eren worked wonders to get me into the car I wanted, with all the stuff I wanted, with the protection I needed, and a monthly cost I was comfortable with. I was even happier to be able to take advantage of two promotions that were going on at the time I bought - which made it all the sweeter. I have leased many new cars in my day and the experience is almost always kind of "fake". I really clicked with Eren and liked his easy manner, while appreciated his professionalism and knowledge of his product. Its also reassuring that all the staff are also Mini enthusiasts too - so that always make you feel good about your choice. With all the news cars Ive had, I have never come to get the keys and had the whole "new car bow experience" and as embarrassed as I thought Id be, I secretly like it:) Eren went over the top with making my new car purchase feel like an occasion and they were all nice touches. I wont elaborate and ruin the surprise for future Mini-buyers. Thanks again for another great experience....Im sure well have many more great years together. Justine

While my buying experience was decent, the customer service was disappointing. I was all happy to pick up my my 2016 Mini Cooper S, that I did not bother checking it before driving home. Once there I realized it did not have the black cosmo rims it was supposed to come with, it had the silver ones instead. After calling in to let them know about it, I was given the choice to either get a refund for the difference or return the car to have have the black ones installed. So I opted to return the car to get the black rims installed, I was later informed that they did not have them in stock, and I had to wait until they get another car that is coming with the black rims for the exchange. After waiting 4 weeks, the rims were here. So I went there to have them installed. Once there, the sales manager, Boaz, informed me that there was a scratch on the silver rim and it would take $150 to fixit, half of it would be covered by Mini Crowfoot, so I agreed to that. I learned from my previous mistake, so I checked the car before driving off, to my surprise, they swapped the original Pirelli Tires that came with my car for a less expensive Kumho ones. So I complained about that to the sales manager, and he offered me a $50 voucher that I can use for parts. well we know what you can get for $50 for mini accessories. after arguing back and forth, we settled for a $100 gift card and they would not charge me to fix the scratch on the silver rims. once more, after driving home, I noticed lots of scuff marks on the hood of the car after the lousy complementary car wash. Bottom line: - if you are going to make any changes to someones car, i.e installing different tires on their cars, let them know before hand and make sure they are ok with that. Dont just change them and hope they wont notice. - if you are going to wash someones car ask them if they would like that. and if you are doing it, do it right or dont do it at all.
